Why did you also ask about a filipina fiance in the middle east?
my wifes cousin is in dubai talking to a man here in this city so he didnt know if he had to fly her back home and do the paper work while she was in the philippines sounds like they can do it there

what if the filipina is in the middle east does she have to return to the philippines for the visa process or can she do it at the american embassy in the country she is in

My wife came over on a K1 we were married about 1 1/2 years ago. She has permanent residence now. When she came over she left child with grand ma but wants the child now that grandma has some health problems
Where do I start I am american citizen so the child is my stepson. Do I have to file the 130 again for him and does he have to travel to manila for things he is only 4 and grand ma is late 60's

filing a adjustment of status i am kind of confused on who is requesting this now
am i requesting for her or is she requesting it for herself
so who would be the Beneficiary and who is the Petitioner her or I

i dont see where to send the original application for adjustment of status for a K1 visa

where would i look and seek out other filipno american couples so she is not so home sick

well it was a little slower because i could have filed months before but i read and made sure it was correct collected everything had her do the same but once in their hands it paid off since there was no bumps in the road

followed info here and with advice of a couple helpers from here
Sent in visa app in december it was a christmas present for her, i did everything myself now middle men
think i sent in far to much info but it worked then helped her with her forms
I had been there twice to meet her once last may then again in october
Yesterday she had her visa approved
Cost me time and about a thousand dollars and some months of waiting nothing much happens at first. Then medical two trips to manila She passed her interview no problems now we wait for her to have visa delivered
Hope to have her here this month so less than four months from start to finish

well she has her interview next week on the final papers to fill out for here it says she needs to bring proof of finacial support
i thought i had done this she has copies of my last tax returns but what does one do for evidence of fianacial support???

I think i have all the forms finished for a K1 i would appreciate it if someone can look over forms that has done this already and has wife with them

started working on k1 but then read that with a child i need to do the k2 i dont see the information here just for k1 and k3

do i pay this for the I-129F or what do i pay for the 129F
or do i pay with the I-134
does the I-129F have a seperate processing fee
then when the real visa app I-134 cost the 400 dollars
