Stuck in RFE land, waiting for approval

Approved in Montreal, Valentine's Day !!

I am still in shock too and disbelief !! But loving it !! Still looks like a 5 month wait for the interview, hoping for less with the slow down of the approvals of the I-130's after March this year. How are things on your end ? Did your co-signer come thru ?

I still think that you and I are going to both finish this whole process around the same time !!

It would be so nice to be done by January !! I think for us tho we are looking at least February or March . Here's hoping you are done much sooner !!!

Next week they start booking appointments again for December, so I will wait til the end of the week. I am not hopeful as there are many people in June that still have not been booked yet. It would be nice tho !! Last weekend I was in CT, my hubby was hit by a car at work, it was the hardest ever leaving, the poor guy barely walking, all bruised up :-(

How are things going on your end ? Do you know when your husband will have his interview yet ?

He is getting better very slowly, he was very lucky and no broken bones, just very badly bruised up. I wish I could have stayed longer with him. I hope you don't get any RFE's and sail right through this part !!

I hope it all goes well for you. I am like you & not expecting, if we do get an interview then that would be awesome. I am going to try stay realistic and know we probably won't hear anything until February or March. Keep me posted !! Crossing my fingers no RFE !!

No sorries, I just posted tonight. Glad things are moving for you!! No news on my end, next week is the 2nd week of the month, so hopes are up, but not high for an interview. If we got one would be the best Christmas present ever !

How are things going ? Did you find anything further out yet ? I called the NVC yesterday & they said to call back next week, that they are still booking for January. Not too hopeful, but still optomistic.

Wooooohooooooooo finally good news to tell you finally !!!! Opened my email tonight to find one from the NVC with our interview for Valentine's Day !!!! What a way to end 2010 !! Happy New Year from myself and the hubby !!!!!

Thanks so much !! Very romantic on Valentine's Day and our 1st Wedding anniversary is 2 days later, so we will get to celebrated that as well. After your husband has his interview this week, how much longer until he comes here?

Next Thursday, February 22nd !!! Soooooo beyond excited here !! Today we are going back to the Embassy to hopefully pickup my Visa. She said she couldn't promise anything for sure, but I think she was covereing herself. I have seen other VJ's get it next day. Fingers crossed here !!
