    Good news. I got my ceremony letter this past Saturday Oct. 17th. So I waited 1 month and 17 days to get the letter. My ceremony is on Nov 5th.! :D Good luck you all of you! it is slow by worthed

    nope. not yet. it's been 1 month and 7 days. the officer told me it can take up to 3 months. is this normal?
