  1. Her disability won't make things faster- it will still be around 23 years if you file or 11 years if your mom files. In fact the disability will complicate things, as the sponsor will need to prove they can support the disabled sister, who is unlikely to ever work or get her own health insurance.

Thanks for the reply is that enough for avidafit support.

and then my Auntie U.S citizen wants her to provide the affidavit support to my sister once my mom file her. IS THAT OK or I supposed to because I petition my Mother to become LPR.

  2. HELLO EVERYONE...

I am US citizen and my mother is Permanent resident i have sister in Philippines was 36 years old unmarried and DISABILITY she cannot talk since born and she need more assistant like bathing and preparing food. but she can walk now my mother wants to petition her to bring in the U.S that way she can experience good life here. I was wondering How....

My Auntie heard from somewhere else that she can get here easily just because of her DISABILITY like a year she can get here i dont know if its true. because I dont believe it. and worth of 600$ wow

My mother was 71 years old and wants to bring my sister here. I was wondering if matter is disability or not

I can file her petition but what I know its takes forever like 21 or 22 years. so my mom wants to get my sister her quickly but for How...

Please anybody experience I would like to appreciate everything thank you.

  3. there was no war of 1821 (there was a war of 1812)

civil war was between the union and confederacy

so that leaves only one answer

    yes sorry about that 1812.

    my mind still sleepy.

a lots of questions in naturalization have multiple answer i wonder that if can asnwer of any of those. like

Name one was fought by the united states in the 1800s.

    war of 1812

    civil war

    mexican-american war

this is my question is it only one given answer of any of those.?

    thank you

  5. some questions in naturalization have a lots of answer like this.

what is one right or freedom from the first amendment?

    *speech

    *religion

    *assembly

    *press

    *petition the government

questions is can you answer of any of those?

    how about this..

    what is an amendment?

    *a change (to the constitution)

    *an addition (to the constitution)

questions should mention or not the parenthesis..like (TO THE CONSTITUTION)

  6. Several of the questions have more than one answer. For some of the questions, it only asks for one answer, like this:

    6. What is one right or freedom from the First Amendment?*

    ▪ speech

    ▪ religion

    ▪ assembly

    ▪ press

    ▪ petition the government

However, for other questions, it gives multiple answers but does not ask for just one answer. I am guessing AbuS would only need to give one as the answer, but he wants to be sure he does not have to give them all:

    2. What does the Constitution do?

    ▪ sets up the government

    ▪ defines the government

    ▪ protects basic rights of Americans

    just give one olny # 6 Q.

  7. You need to act quickly now to try and keep your I-130 petition in Manila. You only have 30 days to appeal the denial. I would suggest contacting a good immigration attorney familiar with USEM visas. If your husband has become a USC, have him contact his local Senators right away.

    VJ FAQ:

What happens if my I-130 petition is denied?? Can I appeal??

Yes, you can appeal. If for some reason your I-130 petition is denied, then seeing an immigration lawyer is important. A good immigration lawyers can be found by visiting AILA.org.

Unfortunately, the I-130 is not in Manila at the embassy, the Denial came from USCIS themselves not during the interview. The denial from USCIS usually means that you lack the foundation of that visa category, i.e. not married when filing and I-130, failed to respond to RFE, they suspect fraud, or that person's name came up on their security checks as being banned from entering the US. Most of the time the denial is because they filed the wrong form, and can be fixed by filing the correct form, but there can be cases where they alright deny the petition because of security background checks.

    i agree,

Current Status: this case has been sent to another office for processing because it has jurisdiction over the case.

i filed july 08, aug 08 biometric, transfer notice feb 25, 09 until right now waiting, waiting, waiting NO 10 YRS CARD.

  9. Guys and gals, seems like there are quite a bit of people here who were transferred from VSC to CSC recently. Does anyone want to create a chart with processing times just for the transferees to monitor their perfomance? I think all we need is the original reciept date (in VSC) and approval date, we can also add biometrics dates and stuff, but i dont think its necessary.

hey we almost the same thing we file the i751 july 08, i received notice to feb for transfer now MAY 09 never received 10 yrs card. why?

  10. I have a mac and had no worries printing anything. You probably have your printer parameters set wrong. Set the printer to shrink the page to fit it properly.

ok, thanks i am going try that one

  11. Hi Riokatrine,

I think Jas gave a perfect answer. They can fax the docs to you and again, it does not take very long for the transcripts to land in your mailbox, all things being equal. I am talking from experienc though.

i call the IRS to send me a transcript to my tax last week between wed or thursday.bec i dont have any copy for my past 3 yrs. i'm just curious how long to wait the transcript.

    thanks,

Should be 7-10 days based on experience (of course that's not the official answer, I think the official answer is "request will be processed within 30 days of receipt of request"). If you're in a hurry, you could call the number, ask nicely and politely that the IRS rep. could fax it over to you, no guarantee but I've heard successful stories before.

they can fax too, i didnt know that.

how many papers supposed to be send to you. it is a bunch of papers? i need for the past 4 yrs

Personally, 3-4 pages each year. I don't know how complicated your tax returns are, so I'm not sure in your case.

we filed jointly anyway i call irs and they can fax to me the guy said its takes an hour to received it do you believed that. wow its look like they flying around in the sky

  12. and this has to do with removing conditions how?

But yes, Macs are weird. I don't use em. It shouldn't be doing that. I would think it's a driver issue.

Did it ever work properly before?

yes has to do to removed cond.

i am printing this is issue. well idont know what the heck is happening. it shall not be doing this thing
