Just file Form I-864.
Form I-864EZ is just a shorter version of Form I-864. People use Form I-864EZ when they have ample income and don't need to rely on assets to meet the 125% poverty level. It's not much more trouble to use Form I-864.
If I use the I-864, Do I enter 0, none, or leave it blank, other than the W-2 income

I am filing for both my mother and father. Should I fill out the I-864EZ or only the I-864. The requirements for the EZ state that: The relative you are sponsoring is the only person listed on Form I-130 petition, however, each one of them has their own individual I-130 form.
So, which form should be used in this case the 864 EZ or just 864?

What is I-751. I didn't file this form. The officer didn't say whether the evidence needed to be recent or not. Evidence such as utility bills, credit card statement, bank, car insurance, purchase receipt, tax transcripts (even though he saw the tax return from a tax service), DL.... Have a month to submit these.If the decision cannot yet be made , why did he have me sign on the passport-style pictures? Anybody knows?

I had the same experience as you. The signing of the pictures is to make sure the process goes first once they receive the docs they need and just send you a oath notice once all is reviewed and approved.
After consulting with My Lawyer, this is what he said about the waiting for a decision and request for more info.
" The first thing you need to do is supply the documents she is requesting and whatever other documents you have showing that you did live together prior to your move."
I know how it feels to be in such a position. It will all be okay. Just supply the docs and wait for the decision.

Hello, thanks for asking. This is the situation: passed civic questions; a decison cannot yet be made; got form N-14 to submit more evidence (more marriage proof); sign on the pics. What you guys think of this? good or bad?

Hi,
I had my interview today. It was quite straightforward, although I was somewhat nervous to begin with. I reached the office 10 min prior to the interview. The interview went on for about 20 minutes. First the officer went through all the questions, then he asked me to read one question ("When is the Columbus day?") and made me write the answer for that question that he dictated ("Columbus day is in October"). Then he asked six civics questions, after every question he was saying that's correct and then he moved on to the next question. Overall a very nice experience. The only downside is that my oath is after 2 months, but otherwise the application process has been smooth.
What evidence did he ask you to show?

I have a question. Any input would be appreciated. My parents are schedule for an consular processing interview. How would the fact that I (US citizen-applicant) am currently studying in another country affect their interview? (I will be back in the state in December) Thank you
