its now been almost year next month since our case was sent back,the latest news is they are now doing a background check on me ( does anyone know how long that takes) the congressman said what it was is that uscis is looking at what i sent them and verifying all the information that i sent them...i have a sick son here thats on a ventilator does anyone really know how i can get this expedited so that he can home with his son i can get drs notes anything...THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING

my husband had a first interview on september2 2009,we weren't denied she only asked about 5 questions and told him that our relationship wants valid when he had all our pictures and emails...she never even asked him for them....i contacted my congressman's office and the wonderful lady helped us get another interview September 18 2009...he told my husband that he would let him know the decision ,,but we never got one and the proceeded to send our case back to uscis...i spoke to the congress lady and she said what will most likely happen is that we will get re approved again since were approved the first time then get sent back to the nvc to be scheduled another interview...once i receive the notice from uscis then the congress lady can make a consideration inquiry for us...OK what im wondering is long from the time they get at uscis do we get the notice that the got our case?

hi thanks so much our was the cr1..they told us both that they would let us know their decision which we never got then turned around the next day and sent it back to the uscis.....no explanation.....we were never denied or did my husband ever recieve a paper after the second interview..and all this due to them not believing our relationship our marraige is real...this totally unfair

Yes, I can understand how you feel about it. What questions did they ask at the interview? And he never received the 221g?

they asked the typical questions for the interview he was calm didnt get upset,,and nope no 221g no nothing....AAGGHHH

Hello Our casw was complete with the NVC on July 7th 2009 When will know his interview date how long do we wait?

my case was completed with the nvc July 7th 2009 i was wondering how long after that for an interview date the nvc told me sometime in August

They wouldn't even let him pass a certain point at the airport in the Casablanca You will get your visa, I know it seems like it's might not ever happen but it will. It's better to do things the legal way so that the two of you can have a good life together. Besides you would never want your husband to come here without proper paper work because if he is cought he could get a life time ban, ALLAH have mercy you would never want that to happen.

i know but im here desperate hes deperate just really trying to find alternate routes you know i just sent in another filled out aos and i know i dont make enough now according their poverty limits so really i dont know what to do ...i dont know anyone that will co sponsor..so i feel as im at a dead end

Anytime my Sister. Also we might want to keep it in mind that certain countries really want to make sure that the men can financially support there spouse or fiance's exspecially when the country that they are comming from is known for the females being Prostitutes. So Jeannine look at going the K3 route.

What visa have you applied for? Did you apply for CR1 or K3?

Unless he's from a VWP country he wouldn't be allowed to enter.

hello my name is jeannine abdouh my husband hicham is still living in morocco we were just approved by uscis and now everthing is going through the nvc...hicham and i have been married since april 2008...and this whole visa jouney has been hell on earth..just the waiting and the waiting is driving us both us both nut and were missing each other terribly..but inshallah hes gettig hi paperwork sent in today and i hope i pray we hear something very soon..i cant wait to meet everyone here
