The directions in the instructions for the form on USCIS tells you where to send it.

If you are filing a K-1 you go to USCIS and go to FORMS and look up I-129F fiance visa and click it then open up the instructions page and you will find all the information you need for the form and where to send them etc.

You have K-1 in your profile. Nebraska doesn't process K-1s.

How do you find out what center you are suppose to send it too. No I havent sent it yet we are just starting on this journey.

Me and my fiancé haven't seen each other in almost 2 years, it will be exactly 2 years Dec 13, 2011. My question is this I am unsure what to do the reason it has taken us so long in between seeing one another is because of financial situations I was in college and not yet working, but things are stable now and we want to get married. Our original plan doesn’t seem like it is going to pan out so now we are looking at the K-1 visa but we have limited time there to. With it being just 3 or so months left before the 2 years are up, what should we do? Would a K-3 be a better choice, I know that it means I would have to go to Antigua and we would have to marry before we file or do we have enough time for the K-1? One more question I have heard stories that people have had this process expedited by getting medical professionals to state that the undo stress or trauma of this process is causing great mental stress, is it true that this can speed along things just curious.

No SUS im not in college anymore but at the time we became engaged I was, now I work full-time and getting time off from a new job can be hard.

We have the proof of one visit from May 2009 and I will be visiting again in March of 2011 the reason we had such a long period between visits because I was in college and had other issues going on but now we are ready to work on our life together. My question is if I marry him in Jamaica and we live there for a while will it be easier to get a cr-1/ir-1 or would it be better to just wait and get a k-1 visa.

If I apply for a IR-1/CR-1 what does my income need to be, and if my income does not meet the requirements what other choices might I have?

I know the k-1 is said to be a little faster then the k-3 and that there are other things about the k3 i have read about. I just dont know what will be best for us. This will be the first marriage for the both of us neither of us have kids and im still in college but graduating in December. I guess I just really want to find the smoothest route possible.

We are not married yet but i have a returned visit planned for christmas and I know for a fact that this may be my last visit to jamaica for a while and we dont know if we should marry there and go with the k-3 or as u mentioned the cr1 or file for the k-1 wait and just have me visit when we get an interview date.
