Any good Civil Surgeon in Minnesota?
I was in MN year 2007 ., and also went thru this i-693 thingy..
I want to recommend
Clinics Name: American Immigrations of Twin Cities Medical Clinic
Dr. C.E Michael Oldenburg MD
3601 Park Center Blvd., Suite 205
St. Louis Park, MN 55416
952-922-0169 office
952-920-0642 fax
He's very honest, ths usual price for the shots are 40usd, but becoz we're first time immigrants,.it means, we availed the MNVFC.,i dont know what it means though, but im looking at the copy of the receipt right now, and just copying what he wrote,. with all the prices of all the vaccines...
we needed 6 shots at that time.. and didnt pay for it..
we only paid :
25usd for completing all i-693 forms (processing fee)
50usd for the vaccine updates with focused exam
Hope this helps..
anyone tried the CS that was listed on the NY list?

LOL. No, I assure you I do not know you and you do not know me. I am just someone that had to endure nearly one year of administrative review because persons like you deliberately and conveniently misrepresent facts about your past. USEM consular officers are suspicious of being lied to by every Filipina because it happens on a regular basis. The fact that you did not report your marriage to the NSO does not mean it never occurred or was never official. It just means that you were negligent in not doing so and the fact that you continuously mentioned your CENOMAR would still show your status as single just illustrates your intentional misrepresentation of the facts for your own personal benefit. IMO, it's no different than forging a CENOMAR document. One of the requirements of the K-1 visa is that both parties must both be free to marry. I think you know that you would not have met that qualification if you had reported your first marriage to the NSO, and that's why you were so worried about it.
Furthermore, there's just enough suspicion about the timing between your two relationships to make one wonder if you hadn't already met husband #2 before you were married to husband #1 - and it most certainly appears you were still married to husband #1 when you met #2, who, apparently was still married as well?? Wow, what a sacred vow marriage must be to you.
While I know everyone makes mistakes, I believe you should have taken much more time to get to know your first husband before you rushed into marriage. If you hadn't been in such a hurry to come to the US, you could have saved yourself from making this mistake.
I will give you the benefit of the doubt in believing that your intentions were genuine and your efforts sincere. However, I will not pretend to believe that you made wise decisions by trying to conceal the truth or deliberately deceive. As someone else suggested earlier, it certainly seems like you enjoy the drama and the attention and your friend sounds as equally charming....
I'll just leave it at that.
To Pinaywife - I did not need to waste my time reading every little detail to understand what was happening.
I understand what youre trying to say.. I mean, wholeheartedly understand ...
I met my exhusband 2005, and he visited 8 times..then flew to the US feb. 2007
I honestly didnt know about this "reporting of marriage" , i thought its automatic.. i was ignorant then..
Got married May 2007.. left the US Aug. 2007..
I dont understand where u think i concealed the truth in my situation..
Believe me., I appreciated the "Genuine" concern from my friends here.. But never ever ever liked what happened to me.. i will never even wish for it to happen to you.. even though you judged me like as if you know me..
If you personally know me., I believe,. You will cry with me when i was down., and you will rejoice with me becoz Im happy now and relieved, stress-free....
If you personally know me., You will never judge me..
I am sorry though about your AR situation.. It happens for a reason. One day,. when the right time will come, YOu will realize and tell yourself,. "thats why things didnt happen when i wanted it to happen, becoz God has another plan for me."...
God Bless
And why am I any less entitled to post my opinion of the OP than she is about the 1st husband? There are two sides to every story and I'd love to hear the other side of this one.Pm me for my exhusband's phone number .. i am sure he will tell you the truth... *wink*

Thanks for the kind words, Mai. Tayo-tayo rin lang naman ang magtutulungan, mga kapwa Pinay.
Obsessed pala sa iyo haha. Haba ng hair!!!
Wow, these guys should just learn to move on with their lives.
lol. sana nga obsessed in a good way., like bigyan ako ng gifts, and flowers ... etc...lol
pero opposite eh... mahirap din pag matanda na and alone ano,. wala ng magawa kundi pakialaman ang iba..

John Fox is the guy who happened to be Larry's bestfriend in MN.. He was married to a filipina also but the Filipina left him and is living with another guy,.. He got spiteful and started hating filipinas.. so,.. tinulungan niya c larry in every possible way para nde ako makalabas ng pilipinas...
and John Fox is my avid stalker online.. from Visajourney, to WOF.. facebook, friendster.. lahat na...

to Ate Cora and to everyone whos happy for me, Thank you soo much!!
we already started gathering paperworks and stuffs for the AOS. and waiting for the tax refund so we can afford to pay for the AOS,. almost $2000 for me and justine is not a joke..
Son is getting ready to go to school which is 2 blocks away from where we live,. and husband is working hard everyday.. and im taking care of the place and food and laundry and etc... like a real housewife..a homemaker..
To ate cora,
You just dont know how me and my husband appreciated that things that youve done for us., the encouraging words, . the "back up" posts especially in this thread ..lol
Salamat talaga from the bottom of our hearts. we will never fail you.
May arguements pa rin kami ni ray., which is normal., basic, nothing serious,.. Slight problems like financially which is very common.. pero aside from that.. all in all.. Ok na ok ang buhay..
Minsan nga, naiisip namin, kaya pala it didnt work out with Larry , kc the right person wasnt him... unfortunately, kelangan pagdaanan ang kelangan pagdaanan..
God Bless to you and your family!
Salamat ulit sa inyong lahat!

Well, I don't have time to read all 14 pages of this thread but I read enough to come to my own conclusion about the OP. She is of highly questionable moral character and has no problem justifying deception to benefit her own cause. It is persons like her that have made the immigration process for Filipinos as difficult as it is today. I'll leave with this parting reminder - Karma is a b*tch.
Larry?? is this you? or John Fox? omg.. arent u tired of this?
Im glad Karma wasnt being b*tchy when we were filing for my 2nd k1, interview,. releasing of the visa., flying to the US, getting married, getting my SSn... who knows maybe on AOS>. I'll tell u about it.
Goodluck to you Larry and John Fox...

the phil-am food mart along roosevelt ave. is awesome... its very close to PHilippine national Bank.

It was me who filed the divorce, kc yung exhusband dont want and never ever want to file.. I mean, NEVEr... if you read the whole thread of this topic,. you will read about how he tried to escaped the divorce summons..
Well,. When US embassy in Manila looked over my documents and my FIRST k1 Application. and verified my CENOMar. and the FAct that its NOT required to report the Marriage., and at the POE Alaska., they asked me about my First k1 visa., my CENOMAR, divorce and the date when i left the US year 2007 ,. and it was defnitely before my visa expired.. they said... IMMIGRATION wise.. I am all safe.. Philippine should have stop me to leave the country and USCIS should have stop me to enter the US .,if i break any law,but knowing that they have my FIRST k1 visa application on hand and didnt break any law at all... USCIS said,. Im ok.
Eventually, maybe philippines will require citizens to report their marriage so they wont be confusions like this.

Nung nag CFO ako for the second time... sabi ng CFO and also Philippine embassy here in NY., NOT required to report the marriage in the philippines.. wala nga lang ako help na matanggap from them incase i need help..
and .. I went to NSO , Civil registrar's office., all kinds of lawyers and lahat na.. sabi nila... I cannot file for any annnulment or anything.. kc single ang record ko sa Philippines.. Thats why I was able to get the K1 visa,. kc i have my cenomar.. and at the same time... according to US law.. im divorced...

Hello stephnria,
C ate cora nga who made me and my husband hopeful to go through the process..
Nakapagfile ako ng divorce sa US, kc sa US ako ikinasal., and also nde rin ako makafile sa pinas kc yung marriage wasnt reported at all., so wala akong file sa Philippines.
We hired a divorce lawyer sa Minnesota., and then he took care of the documents and including pag contact sa Exhusband..

Hi all,
I dont know why some petitions are quicker than others. I filed the K-1 papers for my fiancee on Sept 21, 2009 (Vermont) and we got approved on Oct 21, 2009. It took a month, but we were expecting maybe 6 months. My fiancee did the medical stuff the second week in Nov and I set the interview for Nov 19. We were approved, but now just waiting for the K-1 to be released. Is there anyone else with November interview approval and waiting for the Visa still??

Hello all.... This is Ray, nydvo's fiance. I wanted to thank all the people who tried to understand our situation. I really do appreciate the responses. You all read the post my fiancee put here and know that the interview went very well. We had prepared for it alot and knew we had all the required papers, documents, proofs, etc.... but was just nervous about the questions that might be asked. Lets just say that I didn't believe the interview went as smooth as it did. :-) It is a big relief to be past this part of the process now.
I dont imagine NutMagnet will have anything to say!! lol or if she does say anything I am sure she will think the consul was incompetent or didn't do her job properly, etc.. I guess you cant please everyone!!!
Thanks again for all the nice wishes!!!
Ray
