This week I learned that we are going to have a baby!
Today, I checked my wife's case status on line and found this message:
Application Type: CRI89, PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS OF PERMANENT RESIDENT STATUS RECEIVED
Current Status: Card production ordered.
On October 26, 2007, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. Just follow the link below to register.
This has been a great week! I hope everyone else will be approved soon too!

What was the date of your NOA1?

Has anyone gotten their card yet. I'm guessing from other VSC filers, those of us who filed in April should be getting the card in the mail this month?
Lumpy115, I hope you are right. From reviewing the time lines of the March filers, they received their NOAs within two weeks. For those who filed in April, the NOA dates have been as long as 30 days or more out. That would mean the second half of October and into November for approvals. Hay - for a guy, I do not mind being wrong om this one.
Goooo VSC

Good luck.
If you have to resort to lying to her, then there may be other issues here. May be you need to go and spend some time with her in her country and figure out what is going on in your marriage.
Again good luck

My wife got her 10 year green card today in the mail. We want to wish all the other April filers a speedy approval!
Best wishes and we will see you when we file for the US citizenship.
