    Cant find any job even though i have MS Agriculture degree

    Not even a store boy job

    Dear ,actually i am US Permanent resident who came to US in july 2009 on CR1 Visa.I am currently working full time from last 3 months.I wantt o invite my parents to US as visitors on B2 Visa.Please guide me that if my wife can fill affidavit of support i.e. I-134 for my parents.Actually we have joint account n suuficient fund s here in US .My wife s a US Citizen.She is earning 41,600 per year and my salary comes out to be 15,080 per year.

    Please guide me if i should fill I-134 myself or get that done from my wife.

    Actually my wife is a us citizen and i am having green card.i entered on CR1 visa in july 2009.now my wife is pregnant and we need my mom here to guide us u know.My wife is an engineer but she is loosing job in november.i am till date unemployed we have our savings in US AND INDIA..my father in india is a CUSTOMS OFFICER N MOM S A HOUSE WIFE.HAVE RURAL /URBAN PROPERTY

    Can we apply our parents visitor visa with me as a main applicant n my wife as co-sponsor?how much time taken to get that visa and which is that visa?i hope u understnd my situation now.guide me plz

    As mentioned earlier, you can't sponsor your parents until you become a US citizen, but you can send them an invitation letter with you and your husband for a Tourist visa, with that I should say the visa is more based on their merit in India, showing proof that they have strong link to India and they will come back after the visit.

    For all folks it's much easier to get tourist visa as they consulate knows most of them don't want to stay in the states, they would rather stay in their home country with all the care from the family, relative, familiar faces,and should i say maid servants, as such they are much better off in India.

    GOOD DAY VJ FRNDS...........

    hi frnds as i told i got thru my CR1 VISA Interview at new delhi on july 8 ,2009.I got my passport within 3 working days from blue dart courier.a temporary visa is stamped for 6 mnths duration and also there s one large envelope with DO NOT OPEN written on it.

    i have got my ticket with VIRGIN AIRLINES and soon flying from delhi to Newark

    god bless u all................soon i will be in arms of my love my life my dearest wife.pray for us frndsssssss

    CONGRATS.............GOD BLESS U....PARTY TIME NOW.....I TOO WENT FOR INTERVIEW FOR CR1 AT NEW DELHI ON JULY8,2009 AND GOT MY VISA ........MY EXXPERIENCE..........

    My interview was on july 8,2009 at new delhi.

    Here is my interview experience...........I reached embassy at 7.45 a.m.,joined the queue already 10-12 people were ahead of me.....got my interview letter checked..enter the main gate...got security checked .......entered another door where i was issued a token number.....sit on nicely placed chairs infront of screens...on these screens the token numbers were displayed....all different category visa people have to wait there first...then my number displayed on screen in 10 minutes i went inside and got my biometrics done and submitted medical report n passport...there was very nice n polite indian lady doing biometrics...SHE WITHIN 5 MINUTES RETURNED my all original documents that were submitted by my wife at NVC along with opened medical report envelope .....was then told to sit on available seats.......very nice neat seating arrangement with A/C ON so no scorching heat........after 10 more minutes my number again displayed to another window.......a white lady was there...i greeted her......she smiled very nicely.....ASKED ME TO SIGN ds 230 !!...questions begins....

    2.WHEN YOU MET FIRST?HOW U MET?

    3.WHEN YOU MET PERSONAALY?

    3.WHEN N WHERE WAS MARRIAGE?

    Hi Guri,

    I also have interview in JULY. I have few questions if you can kindly help me.

    1) How many days before the interview you can go for Medical?

    2) Do you submit your Medical to VFS?

    3) Will the VFS ask for DS230 1, NVC has already accepted it.

    sorry for being late in replying...actually i was flying from london back to india......

    dear i have got my medical done....u can get tht done well before...anytime from today just call ur hospital in list...they will let u knw evrythng

    u need 3 snaps,interview letter, and about 7-8000 rupees...then eye test,blood test,xray,bla bla bla...n then injections.............

    2)we have to carry medical by hand to embassy not to vfs

    3)no we have to deposit only prescribed fees n snaps with copy of interview letter to vfs...no need for DFS

    IF U DNT MIND DO LET ME KNW WHEN S UR INTERVIEW N WHERE......MY NMBR IN INDIA IS 00919815465040......ANY SUGGESTIONS WELCOMED THNX

    hi frnds...........my wife today gave a call to NVC And guess wtttttttttttttt she was told that my interview is on july 8th in new delhi.....so i will soon be flying from london to india for interview.............anybdy hvng same date........................same embassy

    for those who are waiting for case completion at NVC and for interview appointment

    I have read that NVC has started giving out July interview dates, hopefully, some of us will get theirs soon as well. However, it depends on the consulates. Wishing that the US embassy Manila will have much slots for the July interviews to accomodate us all. Let's hope for a positive news this week.

    As for me, I'm still waiting for my case completion at NVC. Wish that it won't take so long. This has been a long journey. Our 1st anniversay had passed and our bdays would be this June. Sad :-( On the other hand, i know this voyage would be over soon.

    dear my case is too at vermont service centre...our case got completed on 13 may...and we were told to wait for interview call........yet we didnt heard anything........please guide me what to do?i am in UK...SO IF TO CALL NVC WHTS THE NMBR.....................
