Hi VJs Is there anyone here that used two different passport with different middle name.I have US passport and Phil passport with different middle name I am planning to have a 6mos vacation at the Phil.I want to know if it will give me a hard time in entering PHIl and coming back in the US.

It's ok if you have different names on your U.S. Passport and your Philippines passport. My wife has both passports and she uses her U.S. passport to travel abroad. She really never uses her Philippines passport.

How many Months she stay in the Philippines? No problem at all? I' am sorry to ask because I'm traveling to PHIL for 2 months but my 2 passports have different middle name.

Hi, I just want to share what I had experience when I applied for Naturalization. I followed wot was in my Green Card. The only thing that concerns me now is that if I'll apply for dual citizenship my US and Phil. Passports wont have the same Middle Names. Since I've been using my Mother's maiden name as my Middle Name now that I am married. Good luck on your application!

It is ok I had my seminar nga March 2007 then yun flight ko is Sept 2008 I didn't encounter any prob as there is NO expiration date in the seminar certificate and that is according to CFO.

He doesn't need to check either box since you are filing for a K-1. That is exactly how I did it as well and my fiance did not have any problems at her interview. Good Luck, Mike

Good day to all of you, I just want to ask is there any one here who copy the sample form on visa journey especially the I-134 affidavit of support question number 11, because my fiance copy the answer REGARDING 1-134 # 11 MY FIANCE DIDN'T CHECK BOTH JUST PUT N/A ( K1 VISA PROCESS FOR PERMANENT RESIDENCE BELOW IT. Is there any problem with this in the consul during interview? anyone who uses this answer? and got approved.
