Do you meet the 5 year rule for USC ? IF SO - stop mucking about, get CRBA (Consulate Record of Birth Abroad) for yer children in 'that' country, asap.
I have been US citizen since October 2008. I would like to bring them here for summer holidays. Officially, they are with their mom. They are 11 and 12 years old. If I meet 5 year rule, can I get CRBA, even if I become a citizen after they were born?

Are the children your biological children and therefore USC's as well?
Yes, They are my biological children. I have been US citizen since October 2008. I would like to bring them here for summer holidays. Officially, they are with their mom. Mom is OK for visiting me in US.

Hi all;
Is there any way for a US Citizen to bring his son and daughter to the US as a visitor?
I am a US citizen. My children are living abroad with their mom. They are 11 and 12. Can I get a visitor visa for them(or any non-immigrant visa which is given easily). Is it possible or the only way is petition?
Thanks;

Thanks for reply. Besides, Embassies don't give non-immigrant(tourist, student etc.) visa for green card holder's family members. Is it also same for citizen's family? DO you have any information and/or resource for that?
