YAY!! Soo happy everything is going well with you guys. It is soo nice to have a break from all this paperwork, waiting, and paying. Steve's co-workers are really nice! Not like the b*tch JaEng worked with all all. Tell Steve now that he is biking back and forth he could afford a dessert every now and then. I'm afraid he is going to disappear if he keeps up his salad (no dressing ) routine AND bikes to work. Yikes!

Okay Shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! I just couldn't wait to jump on here to say that my hubby has a job!!!! :dance: He got the very first job he applied for!! Yayyy.. He will be working at a Senior complex doing Custodial work. Funny thing is that he applied and when he went back the next week to check on his application, they said they hired someone. He was dissapointed. The lady was very impressed with him though and his resume (patting myself on the back and thanking Lady C and Sunny) she said she would call him if they needed anyone else. Low and behold she called today!!!! He will be starting on 7/1 (what a nice birthday gift for him) It has full medical coverage, 401k benefits, paid vacation and sick time. We go tomorrow for drug-test. It's pretty much a done deal. He can walk or ride a bike (which he wants to do) and his hours are 8 to 5. Weekends off... IM SO PROUD OF HIM!! :dance:

Anyone's hubbies who he talks to ladies, please don't say anything especially on FB. He wouldn't want me talking about it just yet and I understand it.. but shoooo yall family

Well I had to get Rashida on the Assist principal and tell him I was on my way up to the school on a voicemail. He called me back on the spot...lol kept apologizing.. I sent him the info about the phone and he is taking care of it.. Im done talking about it for real. I will show up on their door step next time.

I'm also relieved, because I had started to convince myself that they made a mistake, and that there was no way I was approved yet. So this makes me very hopeful that the approvals will come rushing through for everyone!!

We are moving pretty good ourselves, our case was transferred and we did our bio on 4/29. Our case keeps getting "touches" which is good. We are getting emails and text messages.. Good luck to everyone on your journies.

Congrats T! We haven't had a touch since our case was trfd to CSC ...here's hoping the VJ timeline is accurate cuz it says we should be getting something this week...

You will get there soon. I did the K2 at the same time I did G K-1 so they were both approved on the same day. He will be here at 2pm tomorrow

Exactly Den's!!!! MrsTee WHEN you become a teacher would you let one of your students quit...NO Would you let one of your own children quit...NO!!!! You cannot quit this will make you stronger and a better teacher. You need to figure out what step in the math problems you are falling short on and work on it. Nothing worth having in life is easy. Trust me I am probably worse at math then you are but girl you set a goal for yourself...you know this is your life calling and you can't just quit because you have a road block.

Yeah..I wonder if we got transferred to the wrong place initially cuz within one week or so of each other we got notification that our case was transferred to the National Benefits Center then we got notification we were tfrd to CSC..according to the timeline we should be getting the AP sometime next week and EAD the week after..

Morning! When you log in, look to your left and you should see a place where you can click on "My Portfolio". Click on that and it takes you back to the list of your cases. Once you are there, look at the "Last Updated" column....when that date chances then you've gotten a "touch". Hope that helps!
