my wife got her interview date its the 23rd, shes going to leave to manila tomorrow. wish us luck

my co-sponsor is my father.

my income is border line this year but last year it was OK. i secured him as a co-sponsor just in case.

he provided all the same things as i did minus the checks and letter of employment. hes retired and collecting a pension check. he got a letter from his bank stating what he has been receiving in pension payments its signed and on company letter stock. hope i have it all correct its going out real soon, i would hate to be the hold up for interview

things are moving so fast now, thanks to god he answers both of our prayers.

I am preparing affidavit of support and should have it out Monday or Tuesday, I will use FedEx

any tips for what i should put in this package ?

2 copies of 134

2008 w2 and 1040

2006, 2007, 2008 tax transscript

letter of employment

bank records

copy of pay checks for 2 months

birth certificate

and for co-sponsor i have same things

both have cover letters stating the contents

I know its been asked probably a million times, But I am filing for K3 for my wife in Philippines and am wondering if they accept co-sponsor for K3 visa. i made enough in 2008 and my tax returns show it. but this year i will not make enough the way things have been cut back at work. I have already secured my father as co-sponsor he makes 33k a year in pension, he is retired and my mother is his only dependent.

I am really not too clear on this and I need to know because i want to get my wife back in my arms as soon as possiable. thanks for all the help fellow VJ'ers

I have had some thoughts about CR1 as it does use co-sponsor for sure from what i understand, but i am looking for speed here and the extra 1000 bucks wont kill me. its only money after all

I've got a copy of his birth certificate too, and one direct deposit slip that he got when they changed the amount he was receiving. but it would be nice to get subsequent direct deposit slips. i am going to ask him for that also, i just hate to ask for so much.

Does it sound like a good idea to make 2 folders, one for co-sponsor and one for main sponsor. with cover letters explaining the forms contained and relationship to beneficiary on front ? do i need W2 and 1040 also ?

I will not be making enough this year, to be the sole sponsor of my wife due to cut hours at work.

I have already arranged with my father to be the co-sponsor on the form I134. he is retired receiving pension. He does not receive a pay check, but it is directly deposited into his account. I already have his "tax transcripts" "w2" and a "I134" what else will i need to get from him ?

things are moving right along for me and my wife i am very happy with the speed so far.

I have been praying that i can get my wife Rona here ASAP. i miss her so much and the past 22 days have seemed like a year HAHA..

i cant wait to see her again, Im sure shes gonna be shocked as it will likely be in one of the coldest months of a MINNESOTA winter.

Ok she is still saying i need a cenomar, they gave her some piece of paper and its on the list to get that one. i guess its NEW. so i guess i need cenomar. and my legal capicity

sorry, i should have been more specific. i have been courting my fiancee RONA for about a year now. I am American and i do have my passport, certified divorce papers, and certified birth pt, also im going to get a rough draft of a g-325a from her. my plan is to marry her and petition for a K3 type visa. the reason i asked you all is cause people over there are telling her "its new" and that i need to get a cenomar. she already has her cenomar and birth cert from nso. also she mentioned she is getting her SSS id today. all this paper work is starting to sound kinda scary and i am pretty sure im going to pay Mr ray bacon for his services. as i have read good things about him.

can any one shed light on this cenomar ? and if they are just trying to confuse or ripp off my fiancee ? she may be naive to this. at first they were telling her i needed NSO birth cert AND cenomar but she found out elsewhere that only cenomar is needed for me.

i fly out in 8 days and am staying with her family for a month im excited and nervous all at the same time.

i love her so much I am feeling brave enough to do anything just to be with her.

im going to Lahug cebu, and as i understand it i can go to the water front hotel really early on week days and get my legal cap there from the american embassy branch. once i get the legal cap i should try in the same day to go get the marrige lic also ? im not sure about that but i know there is a 10 day waiting period.

im going to take alot of pics and maybe even some video clips so they dont think im some scammer trying to get some fake marriages. i know they want so much proof its crazy.. so i scan our love letters and save receipts for all the XOOM money transfer i send to her.

My fiancee in the philippines who i am going to marry next month over there in the philippines is saying that people are telling her that I also need go get a CENOMAR. but im 100% american born and raised. so why do i need cenomar ?
