Well if he mailed early last week he should mail them again tomorrow. No they didnt ask no question just the request for the documents.

the will tell you to email the m as soon as you got the requested documents. In our case it only took 24hrs that we got a new date from the embassy and it was 2 weeks after our first interview.

You can contact the consulate by sending an email to the lagos consulate or have your US citizen spouse call the NVC and request the interview date. Mine came direct from the NVC i didnt even get to contact the Lagos Consulate and even on my second interview after emailing the consulate i got a reply the following day.Need more info am help to share my experience.

Hey.. Thanks for the wish and we wish you guys goodluck too. Am in Nigeria now and i will be going back to the states soon as hubby gets his passport with visa back. You should hope for the goodnews on Monday ok.

Hi.. got your comment.. yeah hubby had his appointment on the 26th while i wait at the gate of the consulate in Lagos. Anyways hubby had to go through a total of 25 questions but the visa wasn't issued because they request for 2 specific additional documents, we are turning it in Feb 22nd, i have been in Lagos since december and me and hubby are going back soon as his visa is issued this Feb.
