have trouble with paperwork for CR1 IS THAT:

My paperowork has been processed few months, I submitted all documents ( AOS, DS-230..All receveived by NVC) BUT My daughter just received Notice of receitp of I-130 only, because she submitted the form after me, we made mistake becasue we did not file the seperated forms. But I contated to USICS , the officer said that, I can take my ddaughter to interview with her Notice of Receipt when I got the interview.

Therefore, I would like to ask your help, if my daughter can go to Consular to interview with me with her Notice of receitpt on her hands only ? I confuse about this. pls give me some ideas[/font]Thanks

Dear All,

I just summited the DS-230, SO this is the last forms that i sent to NVC, I already summited the I-864 and paid everything,

Do you know when NVC will inform me the case complete and then I have to prepaire for interview ? because I am so nervouse for interview, I need to know the time so I can make preperation for alll documentsand medical chel up to have interview, pls help me know

Do you know anyplaces do the medical check for applicant in HCMC except CHoray? I heard that there is another Hospital has medical check faster and lawful for US embassy accepted to immigrate to USA.

Pls kinldy help me to list which document I have to send the original and which document I have to send the copy with notorization, I am so confused about this, because I have no instruction from any NVC or USCIS.

Pls help me to know what I should write on the cover letter to attache with DS-230 TO SEND TO STATE OF DEPARTMENT ?

- For DS-230 I called to USCIS to ask my case CR1 AND they told me to file the form DS-230, But I DID NOT received the requirement from NVC, so is it right or wrong ?

- For DS-230 Where I will send to?

When I summit the DS-230 I HAVE TO attach my original birth certificate/ married/ ,,,,,,

so these original will be sent to me before I got interview ? I am sure that the USA Embassy here in Vietnam will ask me about that. So pls help me

when I can receive my original feed back, I am afraid it lost, so the DS-230 AND MY ORIGINAL DOCUMETNS will be sent to USCIS ?

in the form DS-230, THE ITEM 15-17 mentioned " father s family name & mother...

is it the father and the mother of applicant ?

Another thing is, my daughter is 9 years old so if I help her file detais on the form DS-230, she signs or I can sign on behalf of her? ( that s mother has to be sign for chidren undern 12)

Pls share with me these.

My case is CR1, I got the NOA jsut last week, now I have to fill the DS-230, so I would like to ask this DS-230 I have to file and sign then send to USA? or my husband can file and and sign with his signature, because I am in Vietnam so it is not convienent that I have to send by post from here to USA, ofcourse I can.

and What is the purpose of this form?
