Hi all. i am due to leave in a few hours to go to my interviw in london ,

Unfortunatley FEDEX have still not delivered my fiencies paperwork that i need , Affidavid of support , Federal tax slips , and pay stubbs , along with , photos

letter of intent ect , its all a disaster

i prolly allready know this , but i guess theres no point going to the interview now without all these things

All i have is the stuff from my side

evidence of meetings , ticket stubbs , some pics , ect

evidence of ongoing , emails , some fone records , printous from facebook showing me and her , ect

and copys of the paperwork i had to fill in to say we were ready for the interview. ( Damn fedex )

i could get my fience to email me copys of her Tax returns , Pay slipss , ect , but i guess this would not do

sorry , im just so pissed off right now that its all came down to them screwing up delivering a package

We are just about to send in our DS230 , DS156 , ect to get our interview and are looking for some advice ,

on the parts where it asks for your last 10 years job history or all your education history , how exact do you have to be with the exact day that you

started , ect , months and years ok , but do you really have to get the exact day you started school or a job 10 or more years ago

on Form DS-156-K i need to provide , my marriage cert from previous marriage , my 2 kids birth certificates ( even if they are not comming with me ? ), my divorce decree , some sort of proof i wont be a public charge? ( would this be a letter from my fience saying she will support me till i find a job ) evidence of engagement , police certificate , my birth cert , anything else? , then i send all this off to

and wait for my interview date?

i feel like an idiot asking all these questions over and over but it all is getting very daunting and brain scrambling for us and seems like its never ending red tape that is designed to make you trip up at every step for not doing 1 thing properly .

so my next step is to gather up the forms they require and get any vaccinations i need from my doctor , get police cert , ect , then call them to get a medical ,

do i wait for them to send my my interview date before i schedule an medical appointment , then try to schedule an medical appointment a day or so before the medical as i live 500 miles away so would prefer to do the 1000 miles round trip once rather than twice , i am sorry if i sound like a complete dummy but i want to do this as smoothly as possible

hi there , is there a time limit from when you recieve the letter from London saying you have been approved and to gather information and arrange a medical ect to when you actually do it . and is there an idiots page tells you what to do to make this easier, what information to gather , what forms to gather , filll in , how to arrange the medical , visa interview , ect . thanks

hi , i recieved the approved petition letter nearly 2 weeks ago and i am in the middle of collecting the required documents , divorce decree , vaccination records, ect , i have a few questions i wonder if you can answer , is there a time limit from when you recieve the approved letter till you have to gather your forms and documents and make your medical and visa appointment as i am at 2 weeks nearly from recieving it

and , as i understand it you have to have the medical first before the interview , is it possible to do them both on the same day or mabey medical 1 day and visa the next as i live 500 miles away and dont fancy doing that journey twice on a bus if i dont have to , if it is possible what would you schedule first , the visa interview then try to get the medical scheduled the day before , or the other way around . thank for any advice

hi all , i am hoping someone can offer some advice on my problem

my fiance and I have been seeing each other for about 5 years usually every 6-7 months , and we are about to start the fiance visa ,

on my last visit to the U.S i missed check in by a few minutes and had to go back to my fiance,s house and re-book another flight that was affordable and within my 90 day vwp limit .

I was supposed to be going back on june to see her but on checking my passport it looks like we have screwed up bigtime and i have overstayed that last time by 1-2 days depending how they work it , we cant believe how stupid and silly we both feel that 2 grown adults made an error so simple yet so damaging to our future , as you can imagine we both have been very upset and are at a loss at where we stand now .

am i now banned from the usa for any lenth of time or forever ?

i understand i cant use the vwp any more but does that mean i cant apply for a B1 visitors visa also ? and if so how likely is it it would be granted ?

will this overstay have a damaging effect on out fiancee visa application

also i filled out the e.s.t.a. form online before i noticed this overstay but there does not seem to be any way to change what you ticked or agreed to when you fill it out and im sure there is 1 box you tick saying you have never overstayed or something similar but you cant seem to go back and change things ? would i just fill out another e.s.t.a. form online as i want to be as truthful as i can and hopefully get this stupid ,yet hearbreaking genuine mistake corrected if at all possible
