It's February 12th, 2014 and it my wife is now a naturalized citizen and we could have been able to do it without Visa Journey, this is the best most helpful site.

We received her 10 year green card on Christmas eve of all days. The holidays were really low key. I worked the day before both Christmas and New Years and then went back to work the next day. It was just some down time between work days. How are you doing? How's your journey?

Hey Sarah,
That is great news to hear, I'm glad. We have sent in our ROC packet, check has been cashed, received NOA1 and Biometrics for 6/19/12 @11:00 AM so I guess we are good for now. It appeared that might be in a holding pattern but then got the NOA1 which gave her a year extension so that she can go back to Poland in August. I guess no worries just need to wait for the card now.

We just sent in our removal of conditions paperwork and from the looks of it and other filers at CSC it will take longer to process the paperwork than VSC. All we an do it sit tight until then. There are people who have stated that it's taken them a long time to cash thier check.

your message got cut off, sorry but I think what you wanted to know was why I can't go with her? I would like to go with her for awhile but we may not be able to afford for both of us to go. I some time before I am able to leave the US entirely.

She is going back for a school reunion and visit friends. Her time here hasn't been the best so she is weighting her options for coming back. She is really homesick and is thinking about not returning. I understand and will allow her to make her own choice. I am not exactly free to move for a while (5 years) so we may have to separate for quite sometime.

Wow, you live in San Francisco? I'd love to liver there but I'm stuck down here in L.A. Yuck..I hate the traffic the way people treat each other and the hussle and bustle of L.A. I hope one day to get out and move up there near S.F.

Any changes yet? I just mailed off my wife's ROC paperwork this morning. I guess it will take awhile but that's okay. She is planning to go back to Poland in Sept. and I'm worried that the date for the infopath will be when she is gone. I hope that doesn't happen.
