I. 10 years GC holder and i already outside of usa, and i would like to stay with my family up to 3 months, my question is ?

is there any problem is going to happen to me when i back to usa ! i mean on the Border?

and what about when i file for my Citizenship ? it will be any problem?

Thanx again. but again i am in usa already on i-129F Visa. (K3 Visa) i got it from for 2 years and still waiting for my i-130 to get approved . i field for my i-130 years ago and still no approved on it yet .. and i got my i-129F approved. so i am here now in usa but still my i130 dint get apprved yet and my visa time almost run out. and i dont know what should to do, if my visa time run out do i need to back to my country and ask another visa or stay illagel ? or can i renew it from here. till i get my i130 Approved. things messed Up and kinda confused. But!

i need help in case i got approved on my i-130 i need to know what kind of papers should to fell.

Hello Guys. I have question here. i would like to ask, if i got approved on my i-130. what kind of papers do i need to start after that ? is I-485 or something else?

and is I485 for a green card.

and in case my papers not done at the mean time and my visa run out of time .. can i stay in USA waiting for my green card or do i need to turn back to my country ! and get it from embassy of the usa there.

Well Guys After Long Long Time And Waiting. We Got Touch Today To Our I-130 Case. I Dont Know When We Gunna Get Approve On It, But I Just Hopefull.. I Will Get It One Day !

Well I Thought This Case Get Lost!!! Because I not Heard About It About 1 Year..

And Since I Start Till Now .. About 3 Years .. And Not Approved Yet !!! Kinda Confused But What Can I Do We Have To Wait And Watch Out !!
