  1. hello everyone

8 months in AP and finally visa in hand :) .

i got my ir1 visa from a week and i realy happy for it even what i have waited and stressed, and realy thats everyone needs just tobe patient for this processing time, and i am wishing better and best news for other cases.

anyway.. i got my visa with a closed package of papers wrote on it (do not open !! its for immigrant employers )

my wife is living beside Washington and my flight is after 2 weeks and its : Amman - New york JFK - Washington IAD.

so what i need is any useful instructions for what i need to to do when i get in new york and what things could be happen..etc and most important instructions.

    thanks again

  2. hello every buddy there,

after 7 months waiting through AP, i got new mail from the consulate that asking me to send them a new Palestinian police certificate.

i have expected that because my police certificate expired there from 6 months, and i have already made new one that i got from our interior from only 2 months ( its only 2 months old ).

    i have several questions:

    * is that good news about our case?

    * do i send them the new police certificate, or just i have to make new one?

    * do i need to get stamps for it from the exterior?

    thanks a lot

  3. hi rami, hi all

YES' for sorry bro.. we have been in the same hole.

i have never thought that i would be in security check or having any problem with our cases. and think the consulate in jerusalem been worst consulate ever around the world and we don't know why, even we must have better treatment to get visa, so if there is a Jewish workers then they must help us for immigration :P:huh:

yes bro i still in the AP hole since January2009 and i really hope we scape from this whole soon. wish best for both cases ,,,

    CHEERS :bonk:

  6. Im not sure I understand why you had your interview but you hadn't sent in all the required papers until January.

i have brought all the required documents to the interview - but the officer asked me for another documents like my wife divorce paper and my original Moroccan birth certificate and Israeli police clearance, so unfortunately the Israeli police clearance cost me more than 2 months to get and i still don't know what was the wrong with Israeli authority that time, i kept calling and waiting 2 months for the certificate.

  7. hello everyone

    Jerusalem CR1

    our marriage was march-2007

    started with NVC applications may-2007

    my interview was September-2008

finished sending other requered papers in january-2009

    stuck with AP from January-2009

    - is it normal waiting times ?

    - i heard from forums that's AP waiting time is depend on country, so how about Palestinian ?

    - for CR1 - some people says its impossible to give a visa before 2 years of marriage ?

    - must they give me or send me a paper (221g) that's tell i will be under AP section ?

or they just can tell by anyway, the consulate told me that by email.

with other email the consulate answered me that the AP is office processing!!

    - could it be just a long administrative office review ?

~~i am looking to be satisfied with this questions~~ :bonk:

    thank u all

  8. hello everyone

    IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa

my case is about AP stage and my wife is USC and she is there now , i have been stuck with this more 100 days.

i had my interview in Jerusalem in September 2008, after my interview the officer gave me paper that they require some other papers :

*Moroccan original birth certificate because i was born there.

    *Israeli police certificate.

    *my wife divorce paper.

*evidences for our relation pix, phone bills..etc.

so i have done collecting and waiting this papers and provided everything to the consulate in January 2009. then we started tracking our case and checking by emails every 2 weeks and they were just answering our case is pending administrative processing and now its more than 100 days still pending AP.

the last email my wife sent was asking about where is our case pending AP and why it takes too long ...etc, the consulate replied my wife FAQs with this email :

    -------------------------------------------------------

    Dear Madam:

The administrative processing is office processing. The case was not sent anywhere, the file is still at the Consulate. Once we complete the processing on the case in our office we will let your husband know.

We hope the above information is helpful,

    Respectfully,

    Immigrant Visa Unit

    Jerusalem

    -------------------------------------------------------

 - is it true about and just office long review , or they just don't tell if they r waiting security clearance or anything from Washington DC ?

    - any comparable case?

 - any advice for us ?

    regards

  9. Hello Madam,

i have read about your case and i really sorry about it because i have the same case pending AP after my interview in Jerusalem from 4 months ago and i have been 2 years apart from my wife and she is coming in 2 months , i dont know if this will help if she visited the consulate so anyway we will have time together at least.

i am so interesting to collect Palestinian cases online because they very rare !

and my question for whom have more experience thats is it normal for Palestinian TO WAIT MORE THAN 6 MONTHS PENDING AP ?
