  1. Everything looks OK with documents, but lady was no friendly since start of interview. Ask couple questions about where my wife working, and asked me TWO times where I working, I answer the same TWO times I unemployed, because I got my EAD card only couple weeks ago, and haven't get gob yet.

I don't understand why they can't see difference between true and false love and marriage. We have different age and race...but inside we the same. I feel like I don't want to live in this world anymore (don't thinking I try to hurt myself, just feel like that) where you have to be the same age and race to be approved.

  2. Guys! I so depressed! I just have interview in LA, and lady just give us paper which says ... An adjudicative review of your case is needed. No additional information is required from you at this time. I just google this and........ its mean we were not approved!!! How can be! I know my wife 2 years, we were talking every day by Skype when I was in Ukraine......... And now......... OMG!!! I love her and she love me.... What's happened with USCIS????? What we have to do? The only one thing we different by age...

  3. The only thing we got in the mail yesterday was a confirmation of last week's service call to them. It had a standard "wait times for a biometrics appointment may take 3-6 months depending on the service center".....that better be a HUGE overestimate and just some standard mumbo jumbo! :dead:

Confirmation? How its look like? Look like regular NOA? How can be 3-6 months? If they have time frame for EAD 3 months... Don't understand :o

  4. Ok. well, maybe im wrong and just getting so frustrated. :) But anyways, how will u know that ur case are being touched? I signed up for the email notifications. Obviously, i am not receiving emails but as i checked my acct today at the USCIS site it says that AOS and EAD was last updated last August 11. Does it mean that it was somehow 'touched'?

The same thing here. Last update on I485 and I765 is August 11, last update I131 is July 7. Touch and update the same things B) I am also not receiving e-mail from CRIS, maybe because system sending e-mail notification if only something serious happens for example - card production ordered etc. As for me e-mail notifications useless because I checking USCIS web site like 4 times a day and 1 time more before sleep :sleepy:

  5. I just noticed filers who wasnt transferred at CSC are moving faster than us who got transferred. I noticed that those who wasnt transferred either have their EAD, AP or interview date already. Am I correct or no? What's happening to CSC? I don't have any updates since i had my bio except for the repeat email. This is so frustrating!!!! :crying:

But congratulations to all those who already have their interview appointments, EAD and AP! Im so happy for u guys.

Nope... I sent the same day with you, biometrics done on 8 august. I wasn't transferred to CSC. Don't have nothing yet, even interview appointment.

By the way only I485 can be transferred, both I765 and I131 pending at National Benefits Center. So its doesn't matter you was transferred or not...

  6. Current and ongoing income is the important thing. The CO/IO does make a judgement based on the evidence presented. If current income (2009) meets the standard and the earnings history is good and/or shows stability then you should be fine.

To the question: 06-low, 07 & 08-meet guidelines AND 09 (annualized)- meets guidelines should be ok.

    Thank you for answer.

But I can't find anything of ongoing income in I864 instruction. Like they compare ongoing income with something...

  7. Up to the CO when they look over your case. They are looking at the ability for the petitioner to support the benificiary, and they slide it out five years or so. Remember, the instructions for the affidavits state you can provide 3 years of returns, if you think it will help your case.

What does it mean - its up to CO? We also complete I-864 section about most 3 recent year and have in 2006 only 3500$ income, and 2007 and 2008 - we OK. So does it mean can be RFE? Saying for example - you need a co-sponsor because you income history not perfect? Or you did not meet 125% of poverty line in 2006, that's why you have to look someone who meet poverty line in 2006 to be your co-sponsor? But I864 require meet 125% of 2008 only. Confused so much! You made me scare about RFE...

  8. Also try to call 2 or 3 times a week to your local REGISTRAR-RECORDER / COUNTY CLERK. Because your certificate by mail can take time too long. I call to REGISTRAR-RECORDER after 8 days of marriage and was already in a system, so I went the same day there, took the line, pay again, and got my certificate. But I still didn't get certificate which I ordered by mail before ceremony of marriage, 1 month past already

So DON'T waste your time CALL THEM!!!

  9. Check the back of your canceled check to see your case/receipt number - you'll be able to view it's current status online.

Thank you for answer, made me feel better!

But when I go online I can't see back of my check. I am using Bank of America and its shows only status of check - cleared on 06 July 2009 - The check image you have requested is not available online. We apologize for this inconvenience. Another checks I can track in my account for example (housing, renting etc.) I don't know why I can't see this one.

  10. Hi, everybody! Just want to ask maybe someone send applications in end of June.

Because I been reading timelines of people who send AOS they got NOA1 in 5-7 days.

So I send mine on 29 June 2009

    Delivered on 30 June 2009

Check cashed on 6 July 2009

Today is 12 day from sending and still nothing inside the mail box (((

I understand that its not like a month of waiting, but almost everyone got them NOA1 in the same or second day of cashing check.

Maybe its lost somewhere, or they forgot to send me, paranoia telling me the same thing can be with biometrics appointment.

  11. Oh no I'm sorry, we just have a checklist of all the things you need for a co-sponsor to be eligible and a passport is on there, thanks for clarifying though! He has a birth certificate so we shouldn't have a problem. Thanks for the replies!

    The Sam's.

Made me worry... My interview soon and I don't have any copies of birth certificate or passport from my co-sponsor. Have only I134, W2, 1040 and payslips :crying: The copy of passport really important?

  12. Hi! I got a question about cosponsor.

My fiancée got earn 18K a year – so its below 212$ than he have to make 18.212 a year.

So we decide to find cosponsor, it can be his dad he got retire, but also working a little. And got 9.000 a year. Can he be a cosponsor?

I think like me, my fiancée, his dad – totally 3 person

And if I look 125% of Poverty Line 2009 it show 22,887 for 3 person.

    So we make together 18K+9K=27.000

So, I think correct way? Or his dad couldn’t be cosponsor when he below 18K?

  13. Hi everyone! If someone knows about I-134 form, please, help me…

    So my first question is:

It will be enough for I-134 to have following documents:

    - W2 form 2007 and 2008 years (2006 unemployed) (we don’t know what is that forms and can’t find forms like 1040,1099 and maby have no time for make a new – IT’S REALLY IMPORTANT???)

    - Letter from company about monthly salary

    - Copies of a last paychecks

    - I-134

    And the second:

It’s no more important to have notarized signature on I-134 form? Possible just fill up at home?

Thank you for your answers :-)

I-134, no longer needs to be notarized. 2008 tax return with all w-2s, 1099's, all schedules and attachments, the WHOLE thing. Letter from employer, check stubs for past two months, more if you want. You do not need the 2007 return, it is not a bad thing to give it, but it is not needed. You will not need 2006 at all. I gave only one year for my K-1 visa and will give only one year this year for a K-2 (to follow) visa.

Thank you for your answer))) Will try to find everything what you wrote.
