Hello All. I sent in the I-130 Petition for Alien Relative for m for myself and my new wife. I noticed afterwards that it mentioned sending in the I-325A form also along with proof of citizenship. Are both of these items required at the time of the I-130 submission?

Good Morning all. I think that when i submit the I-130 Petition for Alien Relative that i need to submit the I-864EZ form at the same time. My new wife seems to think it is only the I-130 Petition for myself and her and then wait to hear back. I want to do this the correct way. I don't want to draw this process out any longer than it will be. Any feedback would be appreciated.

Hello. Sorry to post so quickly. I should have mentioned that i am going to apply for a Green Card for my new bride. I was told that this is the quickest way to go to get her into the United States. I am hoping that i am right. Any feedback would be much appreciated.

Once again here is my question: To anybody and everybody. I was recently married in Colombia. I have been trying to help my new wife fill out her information via video call. On the form I-485, it asks for her I-94 number. Where does she get a I-94 number. Does she have to get that at the embassy or what? She is in Colombia. Anybody assistance from anybody would be greatly appreciated.

Since she is still in Colombia, does she need to fill out the I-485 Form yet?
