I am moving to some other state and my i-751 is pending. Please advise how can I inform USCIS for change of address. Which form do I need to fill and to make sure that they have the right address in the file.

I have asked this question in my earlier post but not getting any clear answer.

I got my conditional GC 2 years back after getting married to USC.I filled my I-751 in first week of May. Today I recieved my bio-metric appointment letter and in the case type they have mentioned "I181 Memorandum of creation of record of lawful permanent residence". I am not sure why my biometric letter is saying I181 when I filled for I-751.

I am worried if they have make a mistake and what I need to do now. Do I need to make an infopass before my biometrics. I am moving also and in bewteen this all is making me more worried.

Can someone tell me if they say I181 in case type for everyone or they made a mistake in my case.

I have sent my I-751 on 4th May and my package was recieved on 6th May. I recived 1yr extension letter on 18th May. I havent recieved my biometric letter yet and I am planning to move to other state because of Job.

1.I am worried, if I move and then if they send me the letter for Bio-metrics then can I change my address and reschedule it at my new place.

2. I am also worried if I move and I dont get their letter and just miss it.

Shall I do infopass apointment.

What are my options, please advise and help.

I have sent my I-751 on 4th May and my package was recieved on 6th May. Checked was cashed on 13th May and I recived 1yr extension letter on 18th May. Its almost going to be 1 month on next 6th June and I havent yet recieved my biometric letter yet. I do see other people who have same time line and have recived the biometric letter.

I am getting worried and concerned. I will appreciate if you can please advise on the below questions:

1. Should I call USCIS and check with them.

2. I dont have their number to call, do any one have the number.

3. The WAC# on 1 yr letter extension letter is not working on the USCIS site, is there any other number which I have to use to check the case status.

Well yes UPS does not send to PO BOX, they will use USPS to send it. So finally USPS will be sending it and they have given me tracking number which I can use on USPS site. They have said that its guranteed 2md day delievery.

My packet is normal size packet about 2 lbs.

I have sent my packet thru UPS express mail, well they have alomst charged me 50 bucks as it is PO BOX. My question is since its a PO box then do someone sign when they recieve the packet. I have selected to have someone sign when they recieve the packet, but not sure if someone can sign the packet.

I am just wondering UPS will wait to deliever until someone signs and is there is no one to sign then UPS will hang on my packet.

I have compiled all my papers and used fastners to bundle them. Now shall I cover the papers or put them in some envelope and then put in the mailing envelope or just put the fastened papers in mailing envelope.

Also shall I use UPS or fedex and if UPS then which type of mail.

My 90 days windows open today and I am ready to file tomorrow to CSC. Now my company is moving me to CA from WA in June. Now if I file now then I am not sure if its ok to move before even getting Bio metrics appt. or I am not sure if I will get my bio-metrics apt by 1 month before I move. I am not sure if I shall wait until June to move to CA and then apply from there, or just apply now and do change of address once I move.

Actually mostly I am worried about Bio-metrics apt. I have read a lot about rejecting the case just because bio metrics was not done.

ALso after applying can we do early bio-metrics by walking in. if yes then whats the condition.

I have to file my I-751 in next 2 moths and my job is moving me to some other state. If have some questions:

1. If I move to other state in next 1 month and then apply from there then all my proofs of staying together will not show my current address( as they will show my address where I am staying currently), so will that be ok.

2. or I just send my papers now and if then I move and my biometrics comes inbetween then what will be my options, do I have to come back and do it in my current state or I can transfer it to my new state.

I have few more questions before I send my papers out. I will appreciate if someone can answer.

1. I am planning to send some pictures taken together. I was wondering if its ok to paste pic on the standard white paper or just send them loose. I mean if I am pasting them on white paper then I have around 20 pics so I need to paste 2 pics on one paper.

2. I am not able to find ACCO fastners, any suggestions from where I can find them.

I am sending my papers for I-751 and I have been suggested to use acco fastners to bundle everything. My question is, to put every thing in ACCO fastners I need to punch hole on the top, so can I also puch hole I-751 application form, or I dont have to punch hole that form and just place it on top of the bundle.

2. Do we need to send one check(filling fee and biometric fee included) or 2 separate check( one for filling and other for Biometrics)

Today I have recieved a letter in mail from USCIS, which is notice of requirement to file joint petition to remove the conditional aliens permanent resident status. Its reminder letter to apply for I-751 as my conditional GC is expiring some time soon.

I was wondering if everyone recieve this letter, I havent heard a lot about this kind of letter.

I am new this forum and I will be filling my I751 soon. Below is the list of documents which I am sending, I will appreciate if I can get some advise on these documents and also please let me know if I am missing something.

1. 2007,2008 Joint Tax returns.

2. Joint bank statements.

3. Appartment Lease

4. Joint Car Insurance.

Moreover, I have some questions also:

1. Do I need to send copy of my passport?

2. Do I need to send passport size pictures?

3. Do I need to send bank statements since I recieved conditional GC(almost 23 months ago) or last 6 months should be good?

4. We have 3 joint account, so shall I send 23 months statement from all the 3 accounts?

5. How should I organise my document, do I just send them loose in an envelope or do I whole punch them and make a binder?
