Hi mine took 10 months exactly to get approved after pending many months.

Hi, I submitted I751 to VSC in October 2008 and my case was transferred to CSC in March 2009. I've just gotten an approved letter in August. So, I think yours will be allright.

I can't go for infopass, so I called USCIS and asked what went wrong with my case since it was transfered to CSC in March. I was told the case was not in a normal system then I got a letter that it's pending.

If you send a confirmation recipt, you'll get a paper for tracking your document.

Latest on my case:

I called the 800 mis-information line and since CSC no longer has posted times for processing, they can no longer put in a service request on the case. So I sent a request to our senator, just asking for more information on our case, since we are nearing in on 10 months. We also have an infopass appointment on Friday, where we can get some information, maybe. But since I am sick, I really don't want to go to it and hopefully the senator's office can figure out what is going on.

Hi everyone, I have some question for my case.

VSC received my I751 since 10/10/08 and I had a biometrics on 11/24/08

I got a letter that my case transferred to CSC on 03/20/09

I don't get any update so far, what should I do with my case? I keep checking mine online but there is nothing change.
