Estimated completion date hasn't changed, still Jan 2020. I haven't been able to find any data points from my local office. My lawyer has had reports of N-400's coming back for interview within 3 or 4 months in the last year.

N-400 currently pending. Like clockwork, I used to get an email twice a month saying "We are still reviewing your case/no action required". Those emails stopped last month. Does that mean something?
Just wondering if maybe an RFE or Interview date might coming soon.
Filed in March, Biometrics in April and just "no action required" emails since then.
Thanks!

Hi,
I received an RFE about two weeks after I received my I-797 approval notice saying I was approved, I am deemed a lawful resident and my green card was being printed. The RFE was dated after the approval notice. Do I have to respond to it? Should I wait a few weeks to see if my green card arrives (I have about 90 days to respond to RFE).
Based on this approval notice and RFE, what is my status? Lawful resident with conditions, lawful resident without conditions, or something else?
Thanks!

Anybody have any experiences with early biometrics in Tampa, FL? Do I have to call to re-schedule or should I just walk-in?

Yes, I think you are right. I think I am going to have to miss the funeral... unless by some chance that the NOA1 comes before Friday. Or I could have someone send the NOA1 to me while I'm in Canada... but it's risking it if for some reason they don't send me an NOA1...

Is it possible for me to return to the US from Canada if my Temp I-551 (Green card) is expired, I have filed my I-751 but have not yet received my NOA?
My temp GC is expiring 9/9 and I just sent in my I-751 on saturday (USPS shows it was delivered yesterday).
I need to return to Canada for a funeral. Is it possible for me to get back in the US if I don't have my NOA in-hand? I imagine by the time return, it will have been processed and mailed to me, probably sitting in my mailbox. I will be returning to US on 9/19.
What do you think? Am I out of luck as far as going to the funeral? Any special exceptions for funerals?
