well i got my bio appt after 4 calls to uscis and two service requests..it's on thursday. got the notice a couple weeks ago. but its one fo the places you cannot go in early soo maybe october if i'm lucky i'll get my ead. sigh. almost 6 months of aos so far..this sucks almost as bad as the i129f! lol

no nothing yet..i did notice i had a touch on the 28th, but it still says initial review. Was hoping to hear something by now, i'll give it another week. if i don't hear anything by next friday i'll call.

Yes its ok it's what they are there for! lol. I had two congressman help me during our visa. It was the only way we got any info from USCIS.

fyi i ordered my bc from quebec, asked for english got it in english paid the rush fee got it within 2 weeks.

no p3 yet /cry lol but i did finish the forms and the online 160. good grief ask me the same questions a milltion times eh? i'm so hyper and i think this weekend if i get p3 before friday, i may try to go to chicago for xmas. now that i have reaffirmed noa2 etc. One can hope!
