oh well it doesn't hurt a copy or 2 that's fine. i had lots of stuffs with me during my interview and they just asked a few documents from me.they won't deny you as long as you have your complete documents and you know the answers to all the questions they will going to ask you.

Hello, im trying to figure out on how we can have a print copies of phone bill that appears the number of my fiancee.i already called up and do some inquires in verizon company but according to them they are not doing it.how could this be? as stated the evidence we need to have my fiancee phone no on it but with my phone bill what only appears is 1777 everytime i call her.

anyone who has an idea if there are other ways, to request for a bill with the number of my fiancee on it? similar cases pls help thank you so much...

it doesn't matter i had those phone bills but they never asked me.. the pre-screener just asked my NBI clearance,NSO BC,CENOMAR,pictures together,my fiance(now husband) affidavit of support, tax return of 2008,wages and salaries.

yes you need those... in my case i am annulled i sent the photocopy of my decree and the summary of it with signatures,when was granted ect. KEN

hey guys i already received my visa last friday,the 30th of october 2009 which is 4 daysf after my interview. i posted late coz been busy packing things and closed the house we are renting.thank GOd... good luck to those who are still waiting !

Is it important to send a copy of my w2 forms

or just a copy of my tax return that i got from IRS

you just need the tax transcibt it is much shorter and easier there is a 1800 number and they will will mail to you in 2 days free charge lol

That is fast. I thought you had to fill out a form to get the tax transcripts.

I included 2008 copy of return and W2, and the same for my 2007.

In addition I sent in my employment letter, paystubs, and savings account information.

Is this suffice? Do I still need to send the tax transcripts to my fiance?

yes send that to her, she need it for interview.

i had a bit of struggle only on "proof of engagement" as i was not sure how to show that we communicate regularly - we only used skype to call each other, we dont email on a regular basis, we dont do snail mail...so i printed out receipt payments from paypal for our skype credits, my facebook emails with his mom, a few pictures, receipts and his boaring passes for his first and second visit..

after looking at my documents, the CO asked me some basic info, jasons bday, my bday, jason's job.. then the convo rolled to...

CO: so how did you and jason meet?

Me: we met on myspace, then we started chatting and we found out we play this online RPG game, Ragnarok and we started playing / talking almost everyday.

CO: what game was it again?

Me: ragnarok.. its an online multi-player role playing game...

CO: so what do you do in the game?

Me: oh you create your character then you level up your character till you reach 99.

CO: how do you do that?

Me: (i was confused) uh, how do you level up?

CO: yeah, do you just sit in the game? (smirks)

Me: oh no.. you get gears and kill monsters and you also play with a guild. (i was trying my best not to laugh at this point lol)

CO: oh ok. (*pauses to look at my evidence of relationship) - so how do you guys communicate?

Me: we call and chat on skype. he can also get online too.

CO: i see your skype bills.. i thought skype is free?

Me: well, you can get credits with ur CC /paypal so you can make international fone calls on a cheap rate..

CO: oh ok. (*looked at some more papers then handed me back my "evidences) so what's your plans when you get in the states?

Me: well, he is going to pick me up from here in the phils and we will travel home together,he works 2 weeks straight in the slopes then he has 2 weeks off. so when we get there, he will be going to work then we will get married on his next hitch home

CO: (*looks at papers, pauses..looked at 6 out of 15 pictures i presented) which state does he live?

Me:Alaska.

CO: you'll be there during winter. cold. good luck!

then said "congratulations, your visa is approved" then handed me my pink slip

during my interview they asked my fiance's W2, I-134 and form 1040. they just get the 2008 w2 and 1040.

i got approved last october 26,2009 my interview goes very well..questiosn so easy..

i went to US embassy manila at 4am with my documents i was accompanied by a friend outside. when i had my

interview with pre-screener he didnt asked alot just 3 questions,

(1) when we first met,

(2) when was the last time i saw my fiance in person,

(3) have you ever been to US

but before he asked those questions he asked my

(1)NSO birth certificate,

(2)NBI,

(3)cenomar (certificate of no marriage),

(4)pictures together,

(5)my fiance's 2008 tax returns (1040),

(6)2008 wages and salaries (W2),

(7)affidavit of support (I-134)

then he told me to go back to my seat and wait for my number to be called for consul interview.

she asked me..

(1) who is your petitioner

(2)how old is he

(3)my birthday

(4)have you been married before

(5)is your petitioner married before

(6)how is the married ended

(7)when was the married ended

(8)he had children

(9)how many

(10)how old are they

(11)are you going to marry your petitioner within 90 days of your arrival into the US

(12)is there other family living with him

and she checked something in our I-129f then told me so you visa is approved and just wait for your visa to be deliver to the address you are provided in your DS formsand i cried she told me don't cry and then she wishes me luck and for my fiance,give some advices and told me to go back to my seat and wait for my name to be called again for the famous pink slip i am so glad i got a nice and sweet consul

i am filling up my DS-156 i am confused with the question # 8 " other surnames used (maiden, religious, professional, aliases)" what does it mean?am i going to put my mother's maiden name on it or an alias that my family and friends used to call me?

in DS-157 form there is a question there "full name in a native aphabet". what im going to put?

in I-134 form "relationship to sponsor" my fiance put there FIANCE instead of FIANCEE,does it matter or do i need to ask correct one from him? thanks!

I had my interview last 09-09-09 and I finally got approved! it was really nice coz the final interview was smooth and easy.. and the consul was very friendly, the 1st one wasn't that all nice hehehe and yes, it is really freezing cold inside the embassy!

Im just really excited to finally get my hands on it lol

i got our hard copy of case number dated september 3,now my fiancee is currently waiting for an appointment letter/noticed from USEM manila, hopefully next week she will have it so i can call and set our date of interview and she can have her medical early.-KEN

we got our NOA2 hard copy 6 days after e-mail we recieved that we are approved. you can start gathering you documents, like your NSO BC,NBI, CENOMAR, DS- 156, 156k, 157 forms and other documents that u can use and bring during your interview.

correction... AUGUST 27, 2009 i mean.. my mistake sorry..

got our NOA2 hard copy last august 31 and call NVC for case number and got it, the packet was already sent to US embassy manila last march 27.
