  1. so i noticed in other topics, that it really doesnt take that long for the ASC appointment to arrive after I-751 NOA (a month or so?)..but i got my NOA nov 10, 2008 (the one where it says, that my resident status is extended for a year)! it's been 4 months..im really worried. is anyone else having the same problem??

also, how long does it usually take after the biometrics to get the aproval/denial?

    :(

Calling USCIS will not help anything they will tell u have to wait 45 days and we will do service request .

only thing that u have to do is . make infopass and go to ur local uscis office and find out about ur Biometric.

u should have ur biometric already.

    Good luck.

sorry, how do i get this infopass?

  2. Well I called since January they said to wait 45 days and that went by now they say to wait 30 more days. It's getting frustrating. They keep sending notices that I called but no biometrics. A waste of paper

wow..what a downer. thats wayyy too long. now thats really getting me pissed off, i mean what if, not only that i missed my appointment due to it being lost in between somewhere, but also my re-schedule time-limit passed..what then?

    siiiiiiiiiigh

    cant wait for tomorrow!

  3. Contact VSC and find out what's goin on with your application.I read the timelines you should have been done with the biometrics.VSC is very slow some here waited for over a year to get approved but just recently VSC applications were transferred to CSC and a lot of people got approved in just few weeks.Good luck.

oh, for real? i hope thats the case w/ my err case, too..the transfer thing, i mean. knowing my luck, tho..

    thanks for info (F)

I am having sorta the same problem. They sent mine but I never got it now its taking forever for them to resend it. Did you call to find out if they sent it? That's how I found out that they actually sent mine.

nop. never called them, but im gonna do it tomorrow. well, that sucks, that its taking forever to re-send it for u! more than likely its gonna be the same for me, too.

how long has it been for u, btw?

  5. HI members,

last time when i sent my AOS package i had shortage of 2 photos but thank god they they finally accepted.on march 5th i sent my AOS package and on march 14th i received letter and says that everything is fine and soon they will send me another letter which will be appointment letter of biometric.but till now i didn't received it .can any body tell me when i will get it ? and after finger print when i will get my EAD?????????????

    hi.

well, im at the same place u are. except, i dont think u should be worrying about it yet. iv'e been waiting for my biometrics appointment for ~4months now, which imo is NOT normal. makes me think, that it got lost somewhere or sth..i didnt think about it before, coz sometimes these things take a loooooong #### time, BUT! now that i've read some ppl experiences, i c that it shouldnt take that long.

imma call them services tomorrow [its sunday T_T]
