hi guys , anyone who got a stamp in their passport after the aos interview. I badly need it because we need to go home. i didn't apply for AP and i didn't have my gc yet.thanks

Hi guys, we have family emergency right now , my lola passed away and we have to go home but i don't have my greencard yet and I didn't apply for AP. My interview for my aos is on January 13 and my husband is leaving on the 14th,can I go with him to Philippines right afetr our interview.Can I travel outside the US ? pls enlighten me on this.

We went to Boracay Regency Resort and I personally recommend it, from the airport the staff are very accomodating as well as the staff in the resort. The food is good too. And the facilities were really fine ,everything is clean :-). If you're looking for an airline going Boracay, you may take the Cebu Pacific or Air Philippines. And better if you'll choose Caticlan airport rather than Kalibo because in Caticlan it's 20 minutes away only from the island, unlike , Kalibo you need to travel by land in 1 hour and a half . hi guys...i recently sent my aos and good thing i received the I-797c ( receipt notice ) for my ead and aos but i can't check the update online . It says,

"•Your case can not be found at this time in My Case Status. Please check your receipt number and try again. If you need further assistance, please call the National Customer Service Center at 1.800.375.5283.

To view the status of a case, please enter the corresponding application receipt number. The 13-character application receipt number can be found on application notices you have received from the USCIS. It begins with three letters such as (EAC, WAC, LIN, or SRC). Dashes ("-") should be omitted when entering a receipt number. However, all other characters, including asterisks ("*"), can be included if listed on your notice as part of the receipt number.

My receipt number starts with MSC---------- , please help me how can i check my status online. I hope someone can enlighten me on this.

hi guys, i need your help.i entered the u.s on a K1 visa and now we are married. my question is , how much is to we have to pay for AOS, also..is there a different fee for advance parole(AP) and employment authorization (EAD) if so , how much each cost.

I already have my marriage certificate and already went to SS to update my name since I'm now married but I can't get a California I.D as they told me they need my greencard to have cali I.D. My question is , what should I do now that I'm married, should we apply for adjustment of status , how long does it take to have an approval. Also , I want to work because I'm getting bored here now , is it possible for me to work while waiting for my adjusment,by the way I already have my SSN.

just relax..mine took 12 days before i received it .I am living in Quezon City... Give it some time..You'll get yours too...

they dont look on the album.....during my interview, i brought with me our album but they didn't ask for it. Good thing I also brought loose pictures with captions at the back..the consul just browsed it and then gave back to me...they don't bother how it was presented .

No need to make an appointment..just go there early in the morning, bring your passport , letter from the embassy and pictures and of course the payment. Yes , its really a two days medical exam...one the first day is the laboratory ( urine test , xray , ) , physical exam , vaccination interview ...

on the second day , you just have to bring the receipt and your passport..after the guard checks your receipt and ask you to proceed to 2nd floor for vaccination that means you don't have any problem with your first day medical exam... just give your receipt with the staff in vaccination area then wait for your name to be called after that you'll be ask to go downstairs and wait for vaccination record and your xray(cd)...they will be the one to forward your passport in the embassy..

yes dale_trisha is right, it depends upon the CO...I think the delivery of the visa's varies...depends on the printing of it i guess...had my interview last june 25 but in my visa the issued date was july 2 and it was delivered after 12 days from my interview date...

I had my interview last june 25 ....waiting for your number to flash in the queing board will make you feel nervous but you just have to go there prepared...organize with your documents.... arrange the proof of ongoing relationship ( pictures,letters, cards..) and be prepared to tell your love story.....

well, its a case to case basis..i had my interview last june 25 but until now july 5 , still havn't receive my visa yet...good thing i'll leave on august 1....

hi marcus_arlynn1226 don't bother much about the chat logs...when i had my interview a week ago they didn't asked for it...just bring emails (printout) , cards and pictures as proof or relationship. Of course don't forget other documents like affidavit of support and others...

Hi guys , just want to know what's the average time for the visa to be delivered...im just a bit worried because i had my interview last june 25 which i passed and got a pink slip but until now i still don't have my visa do i need to bother , is it still in normal processing time?

Hi Watari , it depends what they asked you to submit...best thing to do is to accomplish their request and forward it ASAP... I also had my RFE but we just make it a point to accomplished it on time and eventually we got our NOA2 and I passed my interview...

Nevertheless..nothing to worry watari..relax..ul get your NOA2 soon..goodluck to all of our journey
