.I can't WAIT FOR THEIR WHOLE WORLD TO STOP when WE ARE TOGETHER....Nothing's Gonna Stop us Now!!!

Hello Everyone… I need help. The USEM is asking my fiancé to submit all his Philippine and U.S. bank statements from so and so years.

My fiancé does not have any Philippine and U.S. bank account at all He never had one. Last year they had requested this already now they are asking us to submit it again. When we submitted it we just said that my fiancé certifies that he does not have any Philippine and U.S. bank statements. We had this notarized… What else should we be doing beside this? I’m so tired of them doing the run around... They are just delaying this process. And I can’t take it anymore…

Do they expect me to go each bank here in America to get a statement that he does not have any bank accounts… Any advice what we should do? I was thinking of putting a statement stating that I Pinaylang Swore that my fiancé does not have any bank statements in the U.S. and Philippines and have it notarize here in California. What do you guys think? Any opinions??? I mean what can we do if he doesn’t have it…

  6. Hello..what engineering is she? I am a U.S. Citzn Computer Engineer Grad from the philippines..If she likes she can take the PE exam.. go to the NCEES website..they have a sched of taking it depending on your location..where in the states?... www.NCEES.com or google it... I will not be taking the April I will be taking the Next one sched in Oct.2009.. She doesn't have to get a PHD... there are companies like entry-level positions which will train her for the IT position.. or she can take some software training class like Java which is very much needed in the IT Engineering field...

I know it seems difficult most big companies ask for Security Clearances which can only obtained by U.S. Citzns... but she can apply in companies like Texas Instruments or Accenture.. where she can get in without security clearance.. We have the Women's Networking Group in Acceture..

    Good Luck:)

Anyone here an Engineering graduate and took a license exam here in the US or took Masters in Information Technology? I just want to know if anyone gone through the process.. though i Googled for some information this morning about FE and PE tests for engineering. How would the tests go and what are the required documents? I just want to support whatever she would want, take on-line course work so she could take an exam and get license on either of the degree she finished.

    Thank you.

  7. Guys I need your prayers too....hi..we are waiting for our visa too..that is what they always say when I called twice..wait whitin this date... I feel your pain,,i know right..its sooo close,.why don't they just give the visa we deserve!!!! i don't bother calling anymore, i got scared when someone told me the more I will complain the more they might delay our visa and stick it under the last of the last..and that scares me..i mean they might have it in their hands I can imagine them doing that.. I know, I hate to tell you this but I know god will grant us our very wish to reunite again with our loved ones.. I am praying for you guys too...

It becomes very apparent to me that my fiancee got the worse consular officer in the entire embassy. March 25th was our interview, wasn't told she was approved but got pink slip, they kept passport, paid the courier fee. There was no request for other paperwork or any white slip given.

A friend of my fiancee had her interview on march 27th, lives in davao, and just recieved her visa. Now explain to me how the heck that happens????? Has anyone else had an african-american lady as their CO? Have you had any delays with this one CO? I'm not sure if she is the only african-american CO, I'm just trying to get an idea if we got the one who takes her sweet time in getting anything done, and we are completely at her mercy. It seems arbitrary, mean and cruel. Every CO should have to follow the same guidelines and do things exactly the same way.

I call the embassy everyday checking on our status. It continues to be in process. I get multiple answers every time I call. I called twenty minutes ago and the lady said it was transferred to printing on march 26th, and once it is transferred, it will be printed within 10 days, then mailed out. Then I call back five minutes ago, and this man I talk to will only tell me it is in processing and can take up to six weeks. I ask him, why was I told just ten minutes earlier that it had been transferred to printing and will be printed within ten days, he asks me who did i speak with (probably because she gave out information she wasn't supposed to), i tell him i can't remember the lady's name. He keeps telling me the written script of it is in processing and can take up to six weeks. When I called the embassy yesterday, a different lady said the visa should be printed any day now and congratulations.

I am so mad and upset and frustrated right now. What do I tell my fiancee? she is sad and down because it all doesn't make sense. And you really can't complain because what if the CO decides, well to heck with them, I'm going to deny the visa out of spite.

For one person to have complete control of your life is maddening.

  8. Thanks.you both are right..I need to loosen up..I have been so unfair to people around me..most especially my family, i am so selfish ignoring them, always thinking that the world only revolves by me n my husband.. that is right..the more we think about the wait,.the slower the days go by..I know we will get through this and we will have the visa soon..I have great faith in the lord..that is how I know i get through the day..Good lUck to us!! :)

  10. don't worry sis,. I'm still hoping na marereceive n natin ang visa next week...i hope so...

Hi! Actually, tumawag ako nung Thursday, sabi it is still under review. They say the same thing every time I call. Tinanong ko kung may problema sa mga papers, they don't really answer directly. They just keep saying to give some time for the Consular Officer to review the papers.

Nakakainip na maghintay, but what can we do? :(

angelrobin,..sis, tawag tayo sa monday sa USEM manila pra malaman natin,.march4 rin kc ngpaintervw husband q and ngpass rin xa ng additional docus..

  11. he was interviewed march4, and passed the additional reqrments march18th..and they said when we pass those we have to wait from that date to get the visa.. more likely that is what we want to happen for him to take the CFOseminar and get a ticket asp. so he could attend a wedding w/friends dis coming week..unfortunately, we still have to wait, i can imagine myself standing there watching other couples paired up,..I haven't seen my husband for 9months and we filed this petition since Sept2007...

anyways,..sna nga dumating na ang visa..that would be the happiest day of my life..Good luck!!!!God

Congratulations pla on Passing ur interview!!!!! i hope u get ur visa soon...

  12. hi sis,.i hope u r feeling better..if u ask me, as for now, no visa yet..still waiting..we are getting so impatient with this now..i am guessing maybe they want it delivered after the holy week..i can't do anything about it,.we jz have to wait..i know how it feels,.I am constanly feverish everyday,..my husband pass the additional docus march18...we had to wait from there..its been a week too..no visa yet..hay,.i e-mailed air21 they said the reason why it is not showing online is they haven't received the visa packet from USEM yet..maybe USEM wants us to do PENETENCYA..ang aga naman..we have been through PENETENCYA for 9months... Lord Help US.....Good luck to those still waiting for their visa..

Hi guys! After i passed the medical and the interview, joseph and i thought the long wait is over....after i got the pink slip, anytime soon i will be receiving my visa and passport. We were dismayed that until now, it's been a week and i haven't gotten my visa. Two members of VJ whom I have met at the embassy, same date of interview, they have gotten theirs after two days. We can't believe how the embassy could hold up our application since we were approved. I called up the embassy yesterday to find out what's goin on with our papers and I was told to wait and if after 6 weeks I don't receive my visa, that is the time for me to call. 6 weeeeeksssssssss!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!####### are they doing with our papers????? I asked if there is any problem on our paper and i was told there is none. Even the consul said it during my interview, that he sees no problem at all. Ay yay yay. Is this really normal thing after passing the interview they will hold your papers this long? Gosh, we have waited so longgggggggggg....Our patience is running thin here... :( All we can do is WAIT....

What could be the problem? We are clueless. Tomorrow is saturday, I hope and pray to receive a text message from Air21. Oh please....
