  1. Thank you guys :) i appreciate your helped.

I am reading some post here in forum and gathering some evidence and infomations. So that by the time of filling, everythings are on hand. My expiry date of my condition green card will be on July 2012. I am planning to visit my country, which is a month of my vacation and at the same time i file my remove conditions of permanent resident. Hopefully i have all the evidence are needed.

Thank you guys..It's really helpful your informations :)

  2. i have the same issue as you do..last month june 4th i received my EAD and in the next day we went to the social security office to re apply my social security number then the employee said that i have to wait 2 to 4 weeks. Then i still haven't receive my ssn card or letter from them. Last week we went to the office and we talked two of the employees in the office and they said they have to contact to uscis bcoz they can't release my ssn card until my application is approve..they check my status in it's still pending...so yesterday i received a noticed from immigration and said that my application has been approved and i should receive it within 3 weeks..so i have to wait 3 weeks so that i can show my card to the ss office so they can release my ssn card...

  3. I have a problem about my medical. I got notice from united state of immigration on the letter says.."this office is unable to complete the processing of your application to Register Permanent Resident or a=Adjust Status, { Form I-485} without initial information. Submit ALL the information requested below at one time. Failure to do so will reault in a denial. You must submit the information within 87 days..

    * Submit all supporting tax document { W-2s,1099s,etc} submitted to the Internal Revenue Services {IRS} from the Petitoner/sponsor on Form I-864,affidavit of Support, for the most recent tax year.

    * You have indicated that you last entered the United States as a K1 or V non-immigrant. Please submit a properly completed and signed copy of the medical exam conducted overseas on Form DS-2053, Medical Examination for Immigrant or Refugee Applicant, for the Applicant on Form I-485.

this problem stressing me out...the 1099 we never sent yet cause my husband send the extension date to the IRS cause of the problem tax of his mother's death..we send the W-2 when we filed aos.

my medical we already sent to the immigration with the sealed envelop and also a copy of my DS-2053 overseas medical exam but only a sheet...i am not sure why they were asking me again my medical records.?? what i do want to do now? i am so much in stress now..i feel like there always problem...please i need your help...

  4. i got my notice from uscis..on the letter it says that they want me to send my medical records,my previous medical record from my country which is D-2053 and I-693 and some other documents...my questions are...i sent my sealed medical envelop from the surgeon with my medical records from my country when i filed aos.. the problem is they send me a noticed has dated more than a month and when we called them they were said that my aos might me expire within 90 days..it's very stressful when they said that...do you think my aos will expire soon?? i am trying to send all my records they need...please is anybody here can help me...

  5. You answered your own question. This form ISN'T just for people sponsoring their spouses... like if your husband didn't make enough money and his father sponsored (so if he's got a spouse she wouldn't have been counted as the person he was sponsoring but WOULD be counted as part of his household size)

Don't count anyone twice and fill in the form. The example forms can be found in the section called "example forms" which is under the search bar at the top of the page.

    thank you...

  6. I would encourage you to talk to your congressman or one of your senators' office about the RFE. A congressional inquiry is FREE, and it is not a risk for denial, only a slight delay. If successful, it could even take LESS time to get to approval. They may not have even LOOKED in your physical "A" file which you turned in to them at POE. At least have that checked out before proceeding with a whole new thing.

we went to the doctor today and they charged me $349 for my 1 tdap shot, 1 mmr shot and 1 varicella and before we called them they said we only paid $150 for 2 shots...we talked about 30 minutes to explain that my wife don't need to compete full exam. and the doctor said i can make her 2 shots but the immigration will send you a letter to complete her medical..we explain everything,we showed the instructions which is part of her vaccination to completed but again it seems that they don't care what the instructions of the immigration..i would like to done everything before her I-94 will expire on feb.09..i know it cost much about this shots...i suggest to everyone that try to call which surgeon are cheaper...we have appointment today but they called us to move on wednesday and that was a cheaper one they charged me $70 and i really want to send this aos on monday...this problem it makes me crazy and also when we called uscis they didn't tell us the whole informations they only said..do that..do this..anyway i have no choice i want my wife to done everything....

  7. Hi VJ,

i need some advice from you about I-864 Part 5. Sponsor's household size. After I came to the usa on K1-visa, I got married. On the form I-864 Part 5. Sponsor's household size....It says to not count anyone twice. Under 21 (a) Enter the number you entered on line 10. which is 1 and it is me. Under 21 © it says to put 1 for (If you are currently married, enter "1" for your spouse.) which is also me. But if I put 1 for if you are currently married...I will be counted twice. Please tell me what should I do????? i need your some advice...

    thank you so much

  8. i've been worried to because i also noticed the average time people received theirs was no more than a week. i sent in my I-129F a day after urs, 0ct. 14, 2009. my tracking # from usps also said it was delivered saturday Oct. 17 but i haven't received my NOA1 yet and my check hasn't been cashed either. that's y i was starting to think if i was supposed to send in a return receipt or something or a self addressed stamp. but i guess it really does take patience. i think the more we think about it and wait the more it will feel like it's taking FOREVER. but i sure do hope i receive mine before this week ends :(

    don't worry it will come...

    29. List Names. Dates and place of birth, and addresses of ALL children?

31a. Person (s) named in 14 and 29 who will accompany you to the United States now?

31b. Person (s) named in 14 and 29 who will follow you to the United States at a later date.
