    Please help - ID card issue

    Hi All,

    I got my interview letter for GC yesterday and it says I need to show them a state issued ID card. I don't have drivers license or ID card, but I have EAD ,Passport, SSC can I use anyone of these?

    I am going for my drivers license test next week (have Instruction permit), but I don't think that I can get it within 3 weeks. Anyone had this issue? What you did? Please reply...... :innocent:

    Hi VJs,

    My petition for K3 is mailed from NVC on jul 29 to chennai consulate anybody know how long it will take for consulate processing/interview ? :dance:

    Anybody attended interview their recently? Then how was your experience? :whistle:

    When my called NVC they told her to contact beneficiaries consulate after one week, will they give any status about our case if we called them? :innocent:

    Not Received NOA2

    Hi All.

    Ours case received in NVC on Jul 27 and they processed it on Jul 29 and we got process confirmation on Jul 31(by mail) but still now we did not get our NOA2 from USCIS. I think ours got approval around Jul 24. Anybody got approval around that time are still waiting for NOA2. We called USCIS and they told they may be approved and mailed it, otherwise it wont reach NVC, then they told we can apply for a duplicate copy of NOA2 but its cost nearly same as the application fee. Did anybody has this experience.

    Hi All,

    We got a mail from NVC yesterday saying that ours petition is approved and beneficiaries consulate will contact him with packet for further proceedings. But when check our status in USCIS website it is still case received and pending also we did not get our NOA2 then why this mail.

    Anybody has this experience........ :whistle:

    We are planning to call USCIS tomorrow.......... :innocent:

    Any Receipts, Any Approvals in VSC

    Hi All,

    Is there anybody filed in VSC got approval recently. I am not seeing any posts from VJ members about their approvals. Also in VJ Timelines no movement in VSC processing time for the last two weeks. Anybody know what is the reason. I also noticed that some of them filed in January 2009 already got approval, Is it true then in what order VSC is processing because still some of them applied in August 2008 are waiting.
