Thanks to the suggestions and advices, We fell in love again, we are now married and just had a baby, people are entitled to fall in and out of Love, and its exactly what happened.

She came here in 1999 and stayed, I came to the states in 1988

Hi Its been a few years that Ive been in the forums but just wanted to know if I should worry,

I am soon sponsoring my wife and Dad for their green cards. I am a naturalized US citizen based on 6 yrs with a green card. I was married for 5 and 1/2 years with a US citizen and it was she that sponsored me back in 2007, everything was good till we started having a hard time in being in the same page of life she still wanted the party life and I was ready to settle down and be alittle more home and family bound. Things wasnt working out and we parted our ways and with that I filed for a Divorce.

After my divorce i started talking with my current wife ( here is what im concerned about) i had first met her back in 1999 when she was only 14 and as young and foolish we were she got pregnant at 17 and we had our first daughter.. I didnt have a real relationship ship with her since i was young and foolish and really only came around to see my daughter.

After all these years (10 to be exact) We started talking and as adults i fell bck in Love with her, we are married 2 years now and we just had a baby 4 months ago.

I Love her and Iknow people are entiltled to fall in and out of Love and we were young back then and didnt know what Love was.

Now my questions comes should I still have lots of evidence when i go to my interview? Or is the birth of my new girl as the older daughter be enough.??

I just wanted some feedbacks on anybody whos gone through this process as a 3 year married cased case? I will apply in May and wanted to know what they are LOOKING for?

is this part of the case similar to the I-751? or are they focusing on any other issue of the marriage? also does my wife have to be with me at the naturalization interview or only one of us must lose a day of work?? LOL ( i know its an important day!! LOL )what kind of evidences did you guys send with your application? do they wanna see pictures, junk mails, affidavits again?? or just tax returns and financial documents??

Well I thought vermont was the slower of the centers but thank God I was approved for removal of conditions in 4 months.. NICE!!!

I appreciate everybodys help that gave some great advice on filing, I DID NOT use a lawyer for this process in which could save everybody

alot of $$$$$$$$.

Anyway thanks everybody and good luck to those who are still on the waiting process.

NOW onto citizenship!!

-2007/2008 tax transcripts

-copy of irs letters mailed to us

-copy of stimulus check with our names on the checks

-copy of 2008 federal tax return

-copy of 3 apt leases we resided together

-copy dental insurance statements with my wife as my beneficiary

-copy of bank debit cards (joint account)

-copy of 4 bank statements from different months

-copy of mails from bank mailed to us

-3 affidavits from my sister in law, my long time friend from high school, and my boss

-copies of various junk mails mailed to either one of us

-18 pictures from me and my wife together at different occasions

These are the documents I mailed in with my application, my GC expired in 8/22/09 I should of mailed it earlier but instead waited till the week before it was about to expire... Anyway i mailed it on Aug 18 and received my extension letter on Aug 25 now waiting for my biometrics..

Are the list of documents pretty positive in the eyes of the USCIS????????

How long till I get my Biometrics appointments?????

Do everybody get another interview for removal of conditions??? ( we moved from New jersey to connecticut since our first interview)

Cant wait to get this over with!!!!!!

By the way we didnt use a lawyer for this part of the process, my lawyer was charging $2500 to mail, I think thats an expensive way to go!!
