    i really need help printing out my chat logs, what i did is well what i didnt do is prgram this messenger to save the conversations in the direct msn folders... so when i view to see the logs it doesnt open with notepad or anything but just opens like a web page n in it i cant even copy or do anything to it..... so what can i do?? how can i print them out??

    Has this happen to any one?

    My interview date at the LIma embassy has finally came , its set for JAn.7 but not only have i been given an interview date but my husband(USC) has to back in the citys local immigration office on the same day as mine... why is that i thought i was only getting interviewed here at the embassy?? there is diffinitely something wrong going on... has this happened to anyone?

    i really hope you get ur problem fixed soon because im actually in the same situation except that ive actually been waiting 6 months for my case to be forwarded to NVC, there is definitely something going on with USCIS, weve tried everything emailing them, my husband (USC) had an infopass appt where supposebly they did have a problem n the case wasnt able to be sent but they were forwarding it to NVC those days well those days have been 1 month n more now n still NVC has not gotten it. I really dont know what to do, i dont know if its NVC or the USCIS office??

    I don't know if you have been able to locate your file yet. I hope so, but if not call the DOS in Washington DC.

    I recently called the NVC to find out about a file. They told me that they had sent it back to USCIS. I called USCIS, they told me that they did not have it. I called the NVC, they gave me the exact date they had sent it to USCIS. This went back and forth for a few days and I spent hours on the phone. I even talked to a supervisor several times at USCIS (I got the same one evertime and she was rude.) Anyway, finally a girl at the NVC told me to call the DOS in Washington DC and gave me the number. I called the DOS and they told me to call USCIS and what to tell them. Longer story short, they located my file the next day.

    If you haven't found your file yet, call the DOS in Washington DC.

    Whats the number for DOS? cause i am having the exact same problem right now i just called CIS and they said they cant tell me if my file has been sent of to NVC which was suppose to happen about 3 motnhs ago cause it was apporved on June 25th.. ive been callin NVC and they say they dont have any record of it at all so they had me send the copy of my approval and as of now im still awaiting for that response... so if i have to call thatDOS place could u please give me the number?

    STUCK @ NVC for AP its been 3 months since my NOA2....

    What? 3 months, you could of completed NVC with your CR1. You might want to consider doing that, I was in AP with K3 for 37 days, while in AP I completed my CR-1 at NVC in 28 days, both cases were completed the same day!! Plus I have a interview date for the CR-1 already, AND no word from embassy on the K3 yet for packet 3.

    Think about it, and follow CR1, AP has not time limits being stuck in hell.

    Isnt the CR1 for couples that havent been married for 2 yrs yet? my lawyer said that wouldnt work for me...

    BS!!!!! A CR1 is a conditional visa married under 2 years. A IR1 is a married visa over 2 years. YOU qualify cause YOUR married.

    Did lawyer tell you to do a K3? If so, only reason so you put more money in his pockets for the AOS .

    I married my hubby in Feb. and we finish NVC with a CR1 path. Your married , your qualified for CR1 or IR1!!!!!!!

    Follow your I130 thru NVC dont wait for K3 PM me if you want to talk more. Stupid lieing lawyer!!!!!!

    My I130 is stuck in my local office its been there for more than a yr already supposely it got sent because i had a doprtation order n they were gonna trick me with the interview so i would get arrested...idk how that works or what should be done to have it sent to NVC.. So IR1 is for over 2 yrs would that be with the I130 path? So i guess if that i130 isnt gettin to NVC anytime soon i just have to wait for that k3 right?

    Dont keep your hopes up on getting past NVC if there is a deportation order in place... If there is.. expect a knock at the door at some point.. Are you addressing that issue with the help of an immigration atty?

    Im actually in my home country now and actually they did go lookin for me either way...

    hi guys... im really freakin out worried sick cause apparently my case hasnt gotten to NVC yet, ive been calling and calling and it just keeps sayin they have no record of my file, its been 3 months already and and ive gotten no letter from them at all. my noa2 was received on june 26th which said case will be forwarded to national visa center but havent heard from them so wat can i do?? i dont know whats going on??

    You are filing for a K3, so I assume you are in your home country now? Did you enter legally or illegally into the USA, and if legally, how long did you overstay? Did you leave when the deportation order was filed or did the government have to remove you? How old were you when this happened?

    I am in my country, i came here on my own... we got that deportation order when i was 14 i overstayed 1 yr cause according to the law it only counts after i turn 18...
