    hi nerio and beeth.. I read your post regarding the packet 3..In my case, i didnt wait for the packet 3 to arrived here in my town, which is quite remote place. I just had my medical last feb 9 and 10, i just showed to them my NVC letter stating the MNL case and appoinment letter and also the noa2.
