Did u include the affidavit of friends/relatives on evidence of bonafide marriage? Is it really required and do u have to notarize it?

Sorry i typed the expiry date wrong, it's 12/17/2019 not 2017, so it means they gave me a 10-yr GC period. i really need to inform them abt this so i got an InfoPass appt.

hi guys! i need your help...i was granted a permanent resident card 12/14/2009 and its expiry date is 12/17/2017 after our adjustment of status, i came here with a K-1 visa. now, it's been two years since i got the green card and i'm confused of the 90-day period before it's expiration date that i need to file removal of condition. do i need to file removal of condition now even though its expiry date is 12/17/2017?

Well, about the question on how i weighed my baggage, i only have a personal flat weighing scale that we have at home. I already used that to weigh my baggage before when i traveled abroad in 2002 and even sa mga local flights ko lang. Accurate naman sya basta tinitilt ko young box kse ndi naman sya kasya dun sa maliit na flat surface nung weighing scale. At least, it gives me the idea if kulang or sobra na ba sa 23 kgs. I'm planning na magexcess sa isang baggage ko basta not more than 5 kgs ang excess and ok lang din if i'm going to pay basta wag lang sobrang mahal at afford ko pa kesa nman magbawas ako at manghinayang na ndi ko pa dinala eh halos lahat naman ng pinack ko are really important items to me. Sana nga khit an excess of 1 or 2 kgs if 23 kgs ang weight limit sa China Airlines eh iallow na nila yon at wag na ipenalty hehe...

Sis, as to what my agency told me, two 23 kgs baggage at 7 kgs sa carry-on bag ang weight limit sa US bound. Kaya nga me nagpost kse i want to know if ok lang ba magexcess kahit 1 kg lang at kung gaano ba kastrict sa airport abt the baggage. Parang kulang kse yung weight limit para sa mga gamit ko at ang hirap magbawas kse lahat ng things ko parang napakaimportante sa 'ken hehe...

Sis, 23kgs lang? sa lahat ng airline ba 23 kgs lang pwede each bagaheng pwede dalin?

Well, i'm super duper happy too coz i just received my visa packet today. Actually, this morning i called the US embassy and i was told that my visa was printed last Apr 29 and that i have to wait for 5-10 working days from that date and then this afternoon, i got a txt msg fr Air21 telling me they got my visa packet and it will be delivered soon, so i thought maybe they will deliver it tomorrow so i left the house to pay for my wedding dress and when i arrived home, i thought my brother was just joking at me that they received my visa already and i didn't believe it till my mom surprisingly showed it to me, my God its not a joke but real haha! So this is it, finally i can book my flight na at pwede na ko magcountdown!

My original sched was supposed to be May 6, but i got Apr. 27 slot and passed, and now i'm still waitin' for my visa. I just called the US Embassy and i was informed that my visa was printed on Apr. 29 and i'll just have to wait for 5-10 business days after the time it was printed. Now, i can chillax and spend quality time w/ my family and just starting to pack my things and completing all school and work documents i'm going to bring.

Hi there! I have the same situation w/ u. I passed the interview last Apr. 27th, but i am still waiting for my visa to be delivered and i also feel a bit frustrated coz i can't finalize my booking for May 16th. I know it's a bit frustrating to wait coz this is the last step for the visa processing in the Phils and still we're left hanging and clueless when our visa will be delivered. So now, i'm just keeping myself busy spending quality time w/ my family, starting to pack my things up and completing all my school and work documents i need, so that when my visa arrived, i'm all set and ready to travel! Good thing i got a very cheap one-way ticket becoz the travel agency i got has a promo for this month and the agency staff was so nice that she booked me but allowed me to resched my flight if i needed w/out penalty.

Just look at the bright side, be positive, have more patient in waiting and keep praying, i think that's the only thing we could do for now...

Sa pre-screener interview hinihingi ang NSO BC, CENOMAR, NBI at kung me Foreign Police Clearance ka just like me at hiningi din pati affidavit of support, employment letter, at latest na ITR at W2 ng fiance ko, they will not return it na. Ang binalik lang saken ay yung local police clearance ko at photos na nilagay ko sa clear book. Actually, ndi na nga ako hinanapan ng other evidences like email, chat logs, phone bills, letter of intent to marry, and other evidences. But its better na overly prepared than kulang ang dala mo just in case they would ask for more, case to case basis naman ang interview.

hello... ask ko lang anong mga docs.a ng hiningi sayo?, tapos ung nso, cenomar at nbi binalik badin sayo?, ano lang ginawa nila don sa docs. mo na un...?

Korek ka dyan ARMYWIFE! Pag nakita mo na yung CO and he smiled agad sayo, mababawasan ang kaba mo. Just answer what is asked and be concise, don't elaborate much. Less talk, less mistakes nga.

Advice ko lang din sayo RAEKA, arrive there at 6:30am na lang para ndi matagal pagaantay mo dun sa waiting area at ang daming tao don. Make sure dry ang finger pads mo before the finger scanning, kaya wag ka na maglotion sa kamay dat day or wag ka muna humawak ng liquid when u arrive there kse bka paulitulit ka ifinger scan don at matagalan ka pa. Be alert inside kse random yung numbers na nagfflash sa board at nkakakaba yung flash tone nung board az in... Basta wag mo ipahalata na kabado ka, smile lang agad and greet them muna when u showed up sa window and memorize all the important dates kse more on yun ang tanong kahit sa iba na naririnig ko don. If super kilala mo naman ang personal history ng hubby mo at ang love story nyo, u got nothing much to worry sa itatanong nila. I hope that would help u...

Anyway, RAEKA, dun sa consul kse even if it was called "Window" may sliding door sya so its a closed door small room na may chair sa loob tapos may booth din just like sa pre-screener na nakaheadset sila. Ang sarap sana ihandshake at ihug nung consul after my visa was approved kaso ndi pwede dahil nga sa booth haha! You don't have to put ur documents in a folder kse tinatanggal din nila except yung photos, just put it in a clear book na flexi type para makalusot dun sa butas ng window nila. Kaya mo din yan sis Raeka, kaw pa! Magaling ka naman sa English at ang accent mo winner din haha!
