I immigrated to US with F1 visa, my visa will be expired in Jul 2010. I got married with a US citizen last month, and now I start to do paperwork to apply for Green card. I'd like to ask about form I-693. I have already done medical checkup for the school. The checkup was done very quickly, not so much detailed. I am not sure if I need to do Medical Examination and Vaccine Record to complete form I-693. is it compulsory for all applicants?

There is also one thing that is bothering me. it is form I-864. It is supposed to be done by my husband, rite? the thing is he is student who has just graduated. both of us do not have a job yet. Can one of his parents fill the form? I mean, can his mom or dad be my sponsor?
