  1. Just wanted to let you guys know that we had the interview today and we were approved :)

Our interviewing officer was very thorough. She never asked how we met or the date we got married. She verified the information on the I-485, I-130 and some information on the G-325. She was very interested in our joint documents. She went through each and every picture we had in our photo album. My husband and I did not know if we were approved until she said the magic words. We want to say thank you to each and every one of you who shared your interview experience because it gave us an idea of what to expect.

We are USCIS free for another 21 months!!!!!!!!!

  2. Update:

i received an email from CRIS. my Current online status of my AOS is "Card production ordered". and my card will be mailed within 30 days.

Note: i didnt received my EAD and AP yet.. i thought my EAD and AP comes first before my green card.. anyway, it's still a good news to all march filers who have transferred their AOS to CSC.

    I'll keep posted.

    Wow, congratulations!!!!!!

  3. So after being all anxious and waiting I had a pleasant surprise yesterday. Seeing that people have been getting notices, I expected something to come soon. An RFE, transfer... ANYTHING! So I open my mail box and see the ever familiar USCIS envelope and green-tinged paper in the window. Honestly, I expected an RFE because I only sent in my 2007 tax return. To my awesome surprise.. IT WAS AN INTERVIEW LETTER! :P Well it says, "initial interview" I hope it's the only interview.

    Interview date: Friday, May 29 @ 11:15

On a side note: We still aren't able to check our case status online, haven't received any word about our EAD/AP, and no notice of transfer.

Big sigh of relief. For now. :) :)

Congratulations on receiving the interview letter, I am anxiously hoping we receive ours soon :)!
