I have seen one case where a person had divorced in June, met someone online July, traveled to foreign country end of August, Married early September. Needless to say when it got to the consulate 9 months later, the visa was shot down in flames.

that link isn't opening for me and when I checked on the uscis site it keeps showing me the 2008 guidelines..
if my base pay before any overtime or differentials is approximately 37k I'm guessing I should be safe?
Am I a family of 2 counting myself and my son? or a family of 3 by adding in my fiance?
