Tvm and regarding the taxes they said they were correct; and they didnt answer for a cosponsor again or said the taxes were wrong, they said the documents were correct and at visa interview it was not denied in fact we gotta have it aproved when taxes of new year could show em he made over the minimum. So it is right to think we are aproved ad it will be to stamp the visa on to it??.

Well my husband and I, start our visa in 209 feb 2009 our interview was setle for sept 10, but i our taxes didnt past it since my husband wasn't living in America last year and half of the new so it barely went to the minimum required; the consular officer said we should get a cosponsor or wait for taxes. We took last option since my husband doesnt really have family there. Wel,l to get the point we sent it 1 week ago and yesterday they sent us an email this one said the documents was correct and they were asking for copy of my husband's passport and my original , last one has to be sent via DHL; we just want to know if we are aproved or there is still anymore steps we have to follow. Plz we realy need a fast answer to know what we have to do next thx in advance for ur help.

prob was i took a tax extension with me to interview but we already mailed him the taxs now he wants a signed one my husband says never in his life he got it so we dont what to do since we think income is right and we are upper line of poverty and the fro 2007 we have the explanations and 206 was ok upper the poverty and 125%

no i tooked all he had all incomes from 2006 -7 2006 ok but 207 he was living in bolivia we sent a copy of passport with the date he left america may 2007 and when he came back feb 2008 so 2007 was really low but i explain him why; 2 for 2008 is only 21k since he just go a job at midle of march so it went down also we sent all letter from employer we also add the copies of all pay stubbs checks he has to prove 2009 he will make i took all with me

ok what i dont understand is if the poverty line and 125% is 18k and my hubby mades 21 almost 22k why we need a co sponsor and the prob was the officer is looking the gross adjustment or some alike how is supousse my husband to make 21k and keep all after the adjustment and deductions we do fill the requirements prob is after deductions it went down is so i can say or do anything about it about it or is nothing to do

but he didnt filled anything he just went the second part and ticket we need 10044 and w2 new taxs from him and cosponsor so it was denied???

well am just so sad september 10 was my interview date; we have everything only problem was my husband was living with me at Bolivia from june 2007 so his taxs were pretty low he came back america feb 2008 and got a job at march so his taxs were like 21.5k we couldnt afford all since he supports me here i canot find a job in my country and we barely doing it; we just get xaes he will pay monthly for 2008 and we sent copy but consular office still says is not enough and we need a cosponsor when the 125% over poverty line was like 18k; my husband doesnt have anyone who will do it for him so i think we wil have to give up visa and in a few months or year my marriage will die cuz we were happy and we have so many hopes at visa for get together; i really dont get why is so hard when is millions on ilegals immigrants at america.

Am just so depress cuz i love my husband more thananyting in this world and life with out him means nothing. I just cant understand why omg he is supporting me over 3 year get there will ame it easier for both of us since i may get a work there; but i think they will never understand what means to be like that, away from that person makes ur day just better; i really hope that guy never gets inlove of some1 and has to live all this hell.

hi guys omg am so so scare dunno whats about interview i got a medical schedule for 09/03 but am shaking over interview dont wanna get my hubby nervouss only think of it gimme two ashma atacks in a week i dunno what i have to take with me i have bunch of notes from moneygram a few pics some stuffs from when my hubby got sick here; few emails but we chat all day since we both have internetat home so not sure if i should print all either way we both are hardcore massive multiplayers game so we talk there more than anything what i should do plz helpme to know what i have to take with me and what kinda questions they do thx. and God bless u all i odnt have to many proofs i think but we already married 2 years

Hello everyone THX Mumtaz i been looking for it also well the RFE was a false one due to they didnt get my AOS package but we call next day and they say: ya, they already got it and was in the mail room so it will go under revision soon

We call the 27 and AVR says under revision am crossing my fingers so i dont have any RFE but am cheking email and my hubby is cheking mail everyday so with a lil bit of lucky; maybe I will have case complete for last days of july or sooner; am so happy for those who already have case complete and whats a few more weeks after wait for so long dont hurry up or get upset due interviews it will come in a blink. With God help in a feew more months we will be with those who we love, and this time forever so 1 month more one month less against a lifetime seems nothing.

Am gonna be patiente and also wait for situation get a lil better so we can get all we need foor the rest of the process.

Well another RFE now kinda some was wrong at my form i think but i cant understand why since my package arrived same day think they worked fast at it and yes sorry Chris and Ani i meant to u was falling asleep when i wrote that, waiting for the email so i can go ahead and fix it God i checked all like 7 times still dont understand what could be wrong.

Hey Guys am so happy almost everyone is aproved we had a hard time this last 2 months we just asking God help us to keep our faith ad touch us with patiente, my hubby is not getitng job for 3 weeks now my dad had a kinda brain sirgury, a valvle to control water at his brain and we got a RFE at email with 10 pages, and i was so scare think all was wrong.

So was too depress and we kinda couldn´t get an operator at nvc for over a week and when we talk to them told us it was a lil mistake about income taxes it showed like .35 cts extras and it was marked with and x. but took us like a week and half redo it and resend and till now machine is not update, doesnt say anything about the RFE, and i sent my AOS at june 9 and stupid company from here made a mistake and it leave Bolivia the 18 so hopely they will deliver it tomorrow, Thx alot Whidbey really feels nice read kinda someone even doesnt know u get worried.

So hopely for now on no more delays.

Am sure u both has ur nvc case complete so we will see from ur how much takes interview, carlish what was about ur RFE witth police certificade lz am trying to have all ready and nice my country extends a single one police certificade country wide so i supousse it is ok since is from all country, so i supouss i dont need any others.

Omg i mae anothr mistake i was like kinda to in to my online games to check sites andi just find out nvc change his address, am pretty scare cuz we mailed yesterday AOS with old address so it will delay things a lil bit anyone knows if they will redirect package to the new address or ill have to wait to have it back and resend it?????

wel all stuffs we sent for our I-130 where simple copies even the affidavit of bonafide marriage and we didnt have any RFE till now it went pretty fast torught CSC, all they ask is copies cuz u need to sent originals with ur IV package.

Since they arent to be used in any legal situation isn`t a fellony at all cuz u going to send originals soon enough to them; if u sending originals with ur I-130 u will no get it back, but ones u send with ur VI u can ask them after the interview.

omg hubby just mailedI-864 today think was sent to the old adress u think it would be a prob they will get it anyways????

For the I-130 package do the copies of the birth and marriage certificates need to be CERTIFIED copies? The kind you go and pay for from the clerk of deeds? Or, by chance, is it okay to have a photocopy? I see that my marriage certificate says not to copy on it, so I imagine it should be certified. And will I get any of the certificates back?

As well, in the IR/CR-1 guide it says to make yourself a complete copy of the package you send, I imagine it would be fine for the certificates to be photocopies because they're for personal use, correct?

Hope everyone is doing really good and cases are going fast, guys i have a lil question, we have been gathering all the documents for the package and we just get tax stuffs 3 days ago(sent 2006-7-8), today my hubbie got all done and went to mail it, well here goes my question we never recieve the I-864 package but we got some emails and the bill shows paid, for 2 weeks kinda, and when we call avr says they mail it on april 24 or 27 not to sure, so there is a prob mailing the package before get the one they sent?????

And OMG am having so much probs to get a stupid divorvce decree the mail company had lost all documents i sent to a lawyer in another state, so hopely in 2 weeks ill send the IV package???????.

Oh a lil one more i shuold go and pay IV bil or wait till got all papers to sent it and how muhc time takes to get case complete after all this things are done???????

Hey carlish am not down after a year u leanr how to be strong and deal with it but doesnt mean we just miss them and whine a lil bit i know with all my heart am gonna be with him again, cuz home is where ur heart belong so soon am gonna be home.

And then start new visa process this time for my kids.

So think ill be here for a while, few couple of months and and ill be a platinium member.

Varesca Stay strong me and ur husband gonna be arriving soon at FW airport so just keep in mind that idea.

Good luck just call them and u will see maybe will take a few times but almost u never get the same operator twice so they will nevr know, faith is last we can lose, stay strong sweety, its a few months agsint a life time or more.
