Thanks for posting RFE, we sent in a few additional things in like a letter from the bank manager and a letter from our car insurance company plus some credits card statements, copy of liscenses. Thats all we had to send in. Im just hoping thats enough with what they all ready have. Sent in 10/27/11 Can someone add this to the list please. Thank you all so much for your suggestions : ) Will wait and see.

I didnt highlight the statement, from what i remeber. I just figured if they looked at the staement they would see that. gotta run.

We sent copy of mortgage statement, but the mortgage is in my name, but, it also shows its paid from our joint account. Sent the car insurances, was thinking of sending copies of our registrations which is still separate for each car.

We basically sent everything they asked on the list that we could, bank statements, bill, tax info, utilities part in my name and some in his. Credit cards, not joint cause they dont do that, but we each have a card from each others account. Affidavits. Bank state ments do show the bills are paid from our account. We really sent everything. We just received RFE today dated october 14. Can someone add this to the new list please? They are requiring more evidence.We really have sent all we could in. Since the start of this process his Liscense has expired and has been issued a new one. Maybe thats the reason?

You can expect anything. I think that if they are requesting the Passport maybe its near the end. They kept fiance's in November and he was approved March 30th, and be in my arms soon

It means that they are taking additional time to review and research your case. I.E. making sure your relationship is valid, doing background, name and police clearances.

It can be as little as a week or even a couple of years (in worst cases).

Everyone's situation is different and there are no guarantees as to how long AP will be or when it will end.

I call this THE BLACK HOLE. It is truly the worst but if you are enduring this my prayers are with you and keep your patience, your answer will come.

It means making sure that your relationship with your fiancee is real and you are not just using her for a greencard.

Did you have alor of proof at your interview that showed the relationship? Its the process and it stinks............ the time it takes. Good luck
