  2. Hello! I am trying to get everything for my fiancee's interview ready I am going to England next week and am taking the paperwork with me. I took a break from nursing to help my sister and her family out by taking care of her daughter and son. She pays me 1600.00 monthly plus my rent and utillities. She does not give me a pay stub? I am very nervous that I am not going to get everything or I am going to miss something. I have my tax returns from last year, bank statements etc. Do I need her to make pay stubs? She is also going to co-sponsor will this be a problem seeing as she is my employer ? Please help I have read the guides over and over, I just need to make sure I have everything I need. Thanks for your help!!

    Thanks,

    Erin

  3. I have a few questions reguarding the I-134. I just moved back to my home town to help save money. I am currently a nanny for my sisters two children I live in there guest house and they pay me 1600.00 monthly. Before moving I worked as a nurse but I usually cashed my paycheck and did not use my checking accout much, my sister is willing to be a co-sponor if needed. Here are my questions.

    1. I do not have many assest and I am just over the 125% is it in my best intrest to use a co-sponsor

    2. Because I do not use my checking account much it does not look good on paper will this be a problem?

I am just trying to gather everything I need, and do not want to screw anything up! Thank you for your help!!

Your checking count is no biggy. Main thing is your most recent years tax return.

    Thank You so much!!!!!

  6. Hello everyone! Well we got our NAO2 on Sept 29,2009 and it says it is good through 1/29/10 so does that mean everything has to be complete by January or what??? I'm so confused, and excited at the same time! Thanks for everyones help I couldn't do it without the help of VJ!!

    Thanks,

    erin

I am almost positive that you need to get the visa within this time frame. If you don't, this approved petition will expire, and you will need to refile. I hope this helps.

Thank you! I was not sure if we needed the visa in hand by then or it just had to be in process at the embassy! I'm starting to get so excited thank you again for your help!!!

  7. Do I need to get a Pastport? I have not traveled to england or anyother country, but in reading some things on VJ it says copy of passport?

    Thanks.

    Erin

So today I recieved our NAO2 via email, I currently have the flu and my mind is going in one hundred diffrent directions. I know you probably think this is a stupid question but what now?

Vermont was our service center. What number do I call to see if the NVC has recieved the package and do I have to call. Can anyone from england give us as est. time from this point until the interview. I know these questions can be annoying and I'm sorry but I do thank you all for the help you can and have given.

    THANKS,

    erin and dave

It takes about a week to get to the NVC, so you will likely hear something about status if you call after that. Make sure you speak to a person. K1's are not updated on the automated status option.

  9. Unfortunately our first application was never received, and we had to re-submit :( Our 2nd I-129f was sent in July 2nd. My fiance has been up in Canada visiting me, so not sure if it has been received this time. I hope that was our one and only glitch!!

We recieved our NAO2 today! God is Good!! I am so excited!! Now to all of you experts out there what next I currently have the flu and my mind is all over the place any help on what we need next (besides obvious documents) would be so helpful

  10. How did your write out the "amount (written)"

"Four hundred Fifty five dollars and zero cents" or did you do the 00/100?

And for the amount, did you write "$455" or "$455.00"?

It was a money order in the amount of 455.59 and was written out in the amount of four hundred fifty five dollars and fiftynine cents. Also as I looked at the money order they stamped the back deposit only and it has a printed depost to US treasury. I called and it was not cashed but if it was not right why would they stamp it???? I know I must sound ignorant but I am very frustrated and I really thought I had all correct. Thank you for your help

  11. I am very confused our K1 package was returned with a letter stating the check submitted has incorrect or incomplete guarantee amount, is not signed or the numerical and written amount do not match. I submitted a money order in the amount of 455.00 to the USCIS and it was signed if anyone else has had this problem please help!!!! THANKS!!

  12. Hello,

    silly question i know.

I am currently completing the G-325A and have noticed that the font is too big on some of the answers and subsequently misses of the last few numbers/letters. Will this be a problem or/and how can I change the font size. I am not sure you can on adobe, but i surely can't be the only one to encounter this.

    Thanks in advance.

    Dave.
