i come here as a K1 visa holder.
We filed for my AOS.
In our Affidavit of support we sent the 2006, 2007, 2008
taxes. The USCIS were looking for the 2009 ITR of my husband.
We cant sent the 2009 because my husband did not file yet,and he
did not make money for 2009 coz he was bankrupt.
He did not make enough money for the Affidavit of Support..
