All I know is when anyone will be granted a visa the visa will have certain expiration date by when visa holder should travel to USA. Is that what you referring to? or else I haven't heard of expiring F2A visa. Anyone please explain if you know.

  3. hi! its really hard to contact NVC. i have my case number, and i just want the update of my case and give my email address. still trying to contact NVC, what if i didn't contact NVC? coz i really don't know if i or my beneficiary can receive any letter or DS3032 from NVC thru mail..

    please need an answer:

Can my beneficiary receive any letter( DS3032 FORM/ aos bill in particular) to the philippines?

is it giving the email address to NVC is the only way to have a ds3032form/aos bill?

    thanks so much!

can receive rather, a letter from NVC?

  4. My wife's I-130 approved on 7/13/2010, NVC received on 7/26/2010. Got DS3032 email on 7/28/2010, paid AOS FEE on 7/29/2010. Also sent DS3032 completed form on 8/09/2010, but haven't accepted yet, kinda worry about it cause its been 11 days so far, lots of people got within within a week. I hope next week I will hear some goody...!

    [/quote

did you give your email address to NVC, HOW? by calling them into contact number or you send an email to them?

  5. My I-130 was approved on 07/20 and it hasn't yet reached to NVC. These days it is taking a while to reach your case to NVC after approval.

Once you know that your I-130 is approved, you can call NVC atutomated voice response # 603-334-0700 and enter your USCIS Receipt #. It will tell you if NVC has received your case. After they receive your case they will assign a case no. You can call and speak to a human and give your email address to send you the form DS 3032 ans AOS bill.

    Hope this helps.

  6. OK. LET ME SHARE HOW I SEE WHAT THE AGENT NEEDS TO DO SO YOU GUYS DECIDE.

    WILL:

    - be the person to receive all the emails from NVC for any progress and anything that NVC needs about your case.

(of course, the beneficiary can will still receive that as long as their email add is with the NVC system)

    - be the person to pay all the bills ($70.00 for IV bill, and $400.00 for every beneficiary that is coming to the US)

    - be the primary person to contact NVC incase of any issue with the paper works...

I myself is the petitioner and the agent as well, lesser stress that way and is faster to contact NVC. i believe almost everyone here has the petitioner as the agent!

i called NVC and have my case number already august 19, 2010... thank you Lord!!!

    and goodluck to all..

  7. yes! i am the petitioner!

if your beneficiary's email is in the NVC's system, they will receive that as well. but for sure, you'll receive that from your email. you can just forward that to your beneficiary, have him/her sign and you both decide who will be the agent...

    thank you so much mitch..

i really appreciate your reply, goodluck to your case mitch.

keep on praying, God is good all the time.

  8. What do you mean by how many months? Are you pertaining on the visa interview?

If yes, then it all depends on how fast you can complete all the documents that NVC needs from you and how fast NVC will process your case.

You can start reading the US embassy manila website for you to have an idea about the whole process and what documents are to be required by NVC.

You can start to request some of the documents like marriage contract and Birth cert. (NSO copy), NBI clearance etc.

By the way, make sure that your passport is not about to expire or already expired.

Hope my case will soon be approve by USCIS-CSC.

They touched my case today and hoping for the best.

    thank you so much ekto

    goodluck to your case!

  9. Hi Jaybie,

What service center that your petition was filed?

Basically, after the approval, you need to check with NVC after 1 to 2 weeks if they already receive your file from USCIS.

Since your priority date is current now, NVC will begin to contact you to start the processing of your I-130.

Just browse to this site to know more info about the process.

    Goodluck and congratulations.

    thank you ekto

my service center is california service center.

basically, how many months it will take once your application got approved?

  10. Fiscal year for 2010 usually ends on September and FY 2011 begins on October 2010. Based on my what

ive seen processing usually moveds faster during the later months of June to August. Just keep your

fingers and toes crossed and hopefully you will spend your holiday season with hubby.
