    Another Waiver Got Approved

    Thank you very much

    i filed my case in October 2008. they received it on October 22, 2008. as i told u she asked me only 4 questions which were not general questions at all. they were all related to my case history. the questions were:

    1- what did u tell US embassy to get back to USA?

    2- why he left u in your home country?

    3- did he tell you the reasons why he is leaving u?

    4- was that reason correct r not?

    and thats all. all straight forward questions which were really easy to answer. no tricks no nothing. question-answer session took only about 3 minutes to complete. after this she said to me, " lets hav ur fingerprints and signature and thats all.

    i went by myself. no lawyer. and now i m so thankful to God that if i would hav hired a lawyer for my interview i would ended up paying him $2000 or more for those 3 minutes of his presence. and also they ask you questions and expect from you to give them answers. lawyer can't do anything except to collect money from you. this is my experience n i m sharing with you my own personal experience. good luck to u all. u will all get approved soon. bye

    hello everybody :dance::dance::dance:

    I have a good news to share. i got my "Card Production Order Email" today. I had my interview on September 10, which lasted for only 3 minutes. She asked me only four questions and thats all. But the way she started asking questions clearly showed that she went through my file thoroughly. She already knew everything about my case. Then she took fingerprints of my index fingers and also took my signature and i left the building. Overall interview was a piece of cake. I am so happy and thankful to God that that uncertainty is now over. The whole case took almost 11 months coz i filed in October 08. Thank You VJers' and good luck to you all. Bye

    hello guys

    i m new to this forum. in fact today is the first day i opened this forum. n the first post i read is from "v77." u can easily realize that it isn't a good first impression. but the post overall is very informative. anyway my mom is in her 50's. she has some preexisting conditions like blood pressure. she has been taking a good care of from my other family members as she is not spending a single penny on her health issues. everything is free for her back there. i know the cost of health insurance is very high here. but i just wanna bring her here for at most 6 months only. to let u no i m permanant resident n not becoming citizen in the near future. now i hav 3 questions:

    1. wat kind of visa i can apply for her?

    2. do i need to show health insurance coverage at the embassy?

    3. how much traveler's health insurance is gonna cost me for 6 months?

    she can easily bring six months supply of her medicines. as she doesn't need frequent doctor visit n usually doctor gives him prescription for 6 months. in v77's post somebody mentioned B1/B2 visa. wat's that. i don't no. thanks. bye

    hello guys

    thank you all. i hav never seen such constructive discussion among waiver filers before. this is really helpful for everybody whether its waiver or joint filers, whoever get interview.

    now on a lighter note, whatever she said in her interview has now been said. we can not reverse it now. but

    ''On the "don't panic" front -- ultimately the burden of proof is on the CIS to show a fraudulent marriage. Even if CIS denies, the application can be renewed in front of an Immigration Judge (IJ) in Removal Proceedings -- and the IJ's tend to APPROVE those cases.''

    the last two lines are not mine. i copied these from another webpage on this website. do not worry at all Birdlover. if you want to live here in this country. you can plan accordingly if something unusual comes up (God Forbids). if u remember some other questions she asked u, u can share with us. it will be of great help. good luck. bye

    Hi,

    I have a question for those that filed the waiver because the marriage has ended.

    Did anybody send the complaint for the divorce or were ask leter on (RFE) to send the verified complaint filed with the court for the divorce?

    Or you sent only the divorce decree?!

    write a personal statement explaining everything from the point where u met with ur ex-husband to the point where u got divorce explaining all the reasons . attach all the proofs whatever u hav n final divorce decree and leave the rest to god.

    Message for all waivers by Anniee&tee:

    Do not panic. As long as your marriage is in good faith and you have docs to prove, no matter how rough, long, the journey is your day will come soon. Trust in GOD and not the docs you send, but send all docs that can show proof. As u can see my timeline - 3 months and 2 weeks, as a waiver, but was approved just like any other regular filer. GOD will always fight for his people. Just don't loose hope your time will come soon. Everyones case is different and so is docs submitted, do not judge ur case based on others that u see on vj. Waivers are not least priority. I am a living proof. I don't really care what another man thinks of this, one thing I have observed is that people on here are less concerned about waivers. Very few people do contribute or comfort waivers when it comes to discussion, contribution and stuff like that. I tell you being a waiver is not by choice. This is just my observation on here. As I said I don't really care what another man thinks. Even anyone has anything to say or is being offended by this pls send me a memo. I am happy I got approved in a short period, I am happy my card will be in hand soon. And I thank God for all he is doing for me. Am out.

    I751 Approval Letter Received

    Hello,

    I received the "Congratulations! Welcome to America! Approval Letter" on friday. The letter says I will receive my gc within 60 days. It has been 16 months of waiting. I checked my status online but nothing has changed. Has anyone have this happen to them. Has anyone receive a letter approval before the online case status change? Anyway, I cried when I got the news. I am so happy. Most of you that read my other postings know that I have gone through alot. I thank you all for your advise and support. If anyone needs help with a seperation case before divorce let me know. I can't tell you what to do but I can share my experience with you. Thank you all.
