    Criminal Record Report -- Costa Rica

    My husband's case will be processed in Costa Rica, but we are putting everything together right now for the DS-230 and I am so confused on what we need to do for his criminal record report. We got his criminal record report from Los Tribunales and then took it to be translated. Then we went to La Casa Amarilla to get it authenticated and they put a bunch of stamps on it... someone told us that we have to take it to the consulate now, and we don't know if they meant the Consulate of Costa Rica or of the US??? Do we really have to take it there, or is it ready to be sent to the NVC?? I would appreciate ANY help on this because we are going to be in San Jose tomorrow in order to finish up everything!!! :thumbs:

    Hola amigos! Como les fue en la entrevista? Yo estoy en este proceso tambien, excepto que es para K1. Yo hice todo igual a como lo describes, pero para mi entrevista ire sola, creen que seria mejor ir los dos?

    Hi everybody! If you are in the process of K1 visa in Costa Rica, please share the information with me.
    I am in the process to find all the information from Registro Civil, Casa Amarilla and translation.
    I will call for my interview next week, do my boyfriend need to be here with me?

    Hola gente! Estoy buscando Ticos que esten en el proceso de K1 visa, si tienen informacion sobre el proceso, por favor haganmelo saber.
    He estado revisando comentarios aqui en el sitio del Consulado de Costa Rica, pero los comentarios no son actualizados.
    Yo estoy en el proceso de recolectar las certificaciones del Registro Civil, Casa Amarilla y traducciones.
    Estoy un poco nerviosa por todo esto y mas si tengo que ir sola a la entrevista, Sera necesario o mejor que mi novio este aqui para la entrevista?
    Ha sido un proceso muy caro y queremos ahorrar lo maximo para nuestra boda, (Si es la voluntad de Dios) asi que un tiquete para CR ahora no sabemos si valdra o no la pena.
