Did I already mention to you Diana and I had a similar experience, where NVC sent us an e-mail saying they needed a form. But when we called, nada; our form was approved. Now Diana is in CDJ getting ready for her interview.

NVC has had our I-864 and DS-2030 since last Wednesday. So knock-on-wood we have a few more weeks before we are out of the NVC.

Best of luck to you guys on the upcoming interview of Giovanni in Ciudad Juarez. Wod of any suggestions that result would be much appreciated, e.g., recommended hotels, things to watch out for, etc.

Glad to to hear your DS-230 is approved. Is it on its way to the consulate? Which?

Looks like things are hoppng over at the CSC. We are off to the NVC, perhaps because last year we had already gotten an I-129F approved for my the fiancee, now wife. The NVC may be a whole different ball game.

Good luck, Whidbey Girl. I was almost shocked to get something from the USCIS today. Fortuantely it was good news, perhaps because this is round 2 for us. (We did the I-129F last year.)

Thanks for the info and congratulations. My wife likes hearing about real cases that are moving along. That gives both of us some hope we will be together sooner rather than later.

Unfortunately because of the uncertainty in my wife's work schedule, it is hard for us to know when we can next get together, at least for a vacation.
