we went to file taxes jointly at a famous tax place here in arizona for the 1st time .. we justmoved from wisconsin.. we were wating for tax refund for almost two weeks.. today tax placed called and asked us to come in.. I worked illigaly but have an itin to file taxespast years with no probems in wisconsin .. I went to the place and they said that irs didn't accept our tax filing and refused to file our taxes because the w2 had a social and I'm trying to file with an itin... they told me that I'm not sopoused to file. because the number on w2 was not mine.. and told me that if it did that in the past years I did fraud! I told them that itin is to file taxes if u don't have a ss# then wat the itin for?..they told me to be careful because I can get my self and my husband in trouble.. I don't know what to do I'm really freaking out and scared... please help

well I dint come with a k1 visa but I made a money oreder for 1010.00 for the aos paket it includes all forms including work permit. but another money order for 355 for I belive the I-130 form that's it... besides the i-693 medical exam wich was an extra 190.00

was anyone asked for past tax records in interview??? I'm not shure if they ask for them ..since I worked illigaly for 06,07, 08 to prove if taxes were paid??? any experiences???

. I got my medical done back in in june 2008 we did not send the aos paket till august 2008... but in the shot record it says that I have the first shot for the hpv and it has the date for it in the i693 medical shot record...but I just forgot about them and never got the other two.. I read that that shot is required I'm going to get the other ones as soon as I can should I take the shot record to the interview with the new shot of hpv? I just don't want them to delay my stuff any experiences??

when u get ur medical done by the civil suregeon for the 1-693? if u never got it done before they are going to test u for it even if u have the tb shot already..is really simple they will just inject some type of gel in ur arm , wait 72 hrs go back to the doc. if its positve u would get a rash if not nothing happens.. when I went I was nervious cuz I got the tb shot in mexico when I was lil ..so I have the virus but so it might come positive but it doesn't mean u have it... I'm lucky everything was positive ...

hey my hubby is miliraty too.. what evidence are u using from military??i have my inetrview march 18th omg ok I have stuff from medical insurance, his orders saing I'm his wife and we are based in yuma az,military I'd says I'm his wife, paperwork from deers enrollment and paperwork from life insurance ... do u have anything different?? so I can get it haha ohh make sure u take original annd copies of birth certificates and marriagecert if anything is in another language it needs to be translated and certified

I'm getting all my paper work together for the inter view .. but in the check list of the papers we have to bring it says:

*all documentation establishing ur eligibility for lawful permanent resident status??? what do they mean by that??

*original copies of each suporting documentation submitted with application??? again what do they really want??

* last one :any immigration related documents ever issuded tome ..including ead .which I didnot receive yet...what do they want?

sice I came with a b2 visa I can't aplly for one until I get the workpermit or get the green card.. ohh I talked to the lawer on the base and said that going with a invalid pasport is not going to be a problem as long as I wait till a get the gc and don't get out of the country

I will just have to wait till the interview I did not come here with a k1 visa with b2 and my i94 expired long ago lol thanks a lot

mm all my paper work was aprroved by september including biometrics and I receved my interviiew apointment for this coming march about three weeks ago the only thing they delayed on is the work pwermit till today I did not get the thing mmm just be patient and an officer told me that the more u call the more they pull out ur case and the more it deleays this was what happened to the work permit be patient good luck

hola es muy importamte que tengas todos tus doc de cuando entraste tu pass i-94 y visa hace tu caso muy facil .yo entre con un b2 aplicamos en sep 08y tengo .mi cita para marzo.. por el caso de que quieres traer tu hija te recomiendo que busques en donde te localisas por las ificinas de caridades catolicas o catholic cherities..son abogados de Immigracion que te ayudan por casi nada ami me cobraron 300 dlls por llevar mi caso ..eyos saben bien las leyes y por seguro qur hacer en tu caso por lo de tu nina.. busca la officina y si no la hay hay yo te puedo gier con tus preguntas con lo que pueda.. suete

we are having the interview this coming march 18th in phoenix az.. and im getting more and more nevious everyday... i dated my husband a usc for 4 years. before he joined the marines we decided to get married last year april 24 :-). i have plenty pictures us us but all the evidence that we live together we have so far are: pictures, marriage cert, paper work from marines saying we are married, medical insurance paper work from military..my military id that says we are married, renters and auto insurance in both of our names as insured, cell phone bill with both our names.. but was not able to put my name on the rest of our utility bills and bank acounts due to that they request a ss number and i dont have one yet. is it ok if i take the bills even if they dont have both our names on it???

another question.. my passport and my i-94 expired years ago like 7 years ago would it be a problem at the interwiew , because im aware that they stamp your passport when u r aproved. what would they do in my case

im having the aos interwiew in march and till this date i did not receive my work permit .. after the interwiew if im approved can i go apply for a ss# right away and start working? or do i have to wait to get the work permit. i have to renew my licence and start working i have not worked for the past 7 months or so and im going out of my mind at home doing nothing.

everytime you send anything to uscis that is not in english it has to be with a notarized translation that's how my lawer said is should be.. its better to send it the right way then send it wong and delay ur applications

I have my interview coming up really soon but I came here with a b2 visa 7 years ago and my passport expired years ago woyuld they say something about it. also the notarized translation of my birth cert expired and I can't find a place in yuma that does birth cert notirized translations..i don't know what to do would they say something about it in my interview?
