  3. my sons are us born i hhave the form i-130 for mi wife already aproved 3 months ago we live in georgia but i can to meet the poverty line i make 23,000 a year so the question is my friend makes 25,000 a year but he lives in new york he is U.S citizen an my father makes 24,000 a year he is U.S citizen but he lives in california can i combine all the salary and send the form I-864 sponsor can i send three diferent forms and is this o.k

  4. Yes, your friend in New York can be a co-sponsor as long as he meets the qualifying income for himself, his family and your husband. You would still be the sponsor.

The big issue here is your husband's illegal use of a fake SSN. That is a serious offense in the eyes of USCIS and can really come back and haunt you. Please see a lawyer before you find yourselves with problems that you won't be able to resolve.

thank you so what form he has to use and whats the requierments

  5. well the I-130 is being aproved month ag and because mi husband ssn is fake can we apply for a work permit a get a real ssn while we wait to find a sponsor

No you have to wait for a sponser to sponser. What your husband is doing is AGAINST THE LAW! He can go to jail for it! And more then likely if you do not have a sponser, his 1-485 will be denied! Please do things the RIGHT way rather then the ILLIGAL way! Consult an attorny!

can a friend of my husband be a sponsor he is single and makes over 40,000 a year but he lives in n,y we live in atlanta

  6. So, if your husband worked illegaly, I doubt you can use his income, and you would probably need to find joint sponsor.

I forgot to check the poverly guideline before posting my response. If your household size is two, you do not need a joint sponsor as $18,000 is enough to meet 2008 poverty guideline for 2-member household in 48 states (as you noted your local office is Atlanta). You need a joint sponsor only if your household size is 3 or more.

    my household is 4
