Waiting for IL now....i hope they will schedule soon

Note...my Sis approached to congresswoman also after CSPA run and Congresswoman inquiry to NVC and within 48 hours my CSPA done and CC complete...

Hasan my sis have pd 14 july 2016 her date of birth 11-16-1996 she is on csoa last year dec 2017 i did alll paid the fees n affidafit send it to nvc but stilll in cspa

She was 21 last year in nov so and before her age 21 i was submited her doc i864 which nvc ask from me

As long as "her years old < 21 + CSPA age", she is eligible for CSPA.

Hello guyes i m inquiry about my sister F2A visa which is fild by my mother 

Peority Date 15th july 2016

Date of Birth 11/16/1996

I was recieve an email in sep for the fees and I864 form and fees i was submited After 60 days i was call NVC they told me my sister is on CSPA.

I was check the CSPA chart calculater they said she is good for the visa .

But the problum is that she was turn 21 last year in November .

She is the only child my mom have n my mom is widow is any buddy telll me is she get the visa or no ? 

Is her age is freeze or no ? 

I m really apriciate if some one gave me a response

I had my intervew this afternoon at longe island city in newyork my interview at 12.40 I was there at 12 pm the immigration officer call my name at 12.25 I went inside the room he introduce me and tell me to take the oath then he said pls sit

Then he asked me my passport and my green card then he started question

What is your full name

How longe u become a lawfull resident

What's your home adrees

What's your ph number

How tall are u

Are u married single or divorce

Where u work

Do u ever been arrested

Do u ever been voted

Is your parents are usa citizen

Do u support the connsitution

Do u understand the oath of allegence

Then he gave me a pen and he have a piece of papers I saw there is 3 question on it he want me to read the first sentence

Where is the white house

And he want me to write down

White house is in the washington DC

And then he ask me the first question

What's is an amedment ?

Who did fight in the world war 2 ?

Who vito bills ?

Whats your state Capital ?

What is rule of law ?

What did emancipation proclamanation do ?

He type my answers on the computer and the he print the papers and use the pen to tick mark

Then he said di u wana change your name ? And I said no then he said u passes the exam and gave me my pics to sign and make my file for all thr documents togather he asked me do u file the tax ? And I said no and he never asked my tax transcript

Then he gave me a paper and says u have to wait outside I am gonna issue your oaath letter I was wait almost 2 hours and the good thing I got my date on 21 st Augest wow I.am.so.surprised

I am very exited now I am share my hole experience bexouse I want to cause u guyes help me a lot and I was very confused and panic

Now Finallay my status is update now after 80 days today my finger print is done on 14 April and 16 April my Case on secduall online for Interview and now today

Hi Guys, so yesterday I got the imfamous yellow letter and I have a question for anyone who answered yes on the n400 app about being cited or fined. I was fined twice 10 years ago, one for an open container{drinking a beer on my stoop}$25 and for using the my brother's metrocard to board the train $50. The letter state that I should present the original certified copies stating how each incident was resolved, do I have to go hunting down or get a statement from NYC Transit saying that I paid the fines, or is it one of those things I can disregard. Any help is appreciated.
